This is an awesome place for a family. We loved it for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Great kitchen, with all the necessary tools for cooking. Comfortable, felt safe, and great location for public transit. Loved the park nearby as well. Highly recommend.

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

We loved this place in Melbourne - it was cozy and had enough space for our family to stretch out with the extra bed in the back :) The kitchen was well appointed and though we only stayed a weekend we could see renting this place for longer. The location was amazing as well - walkable and close to public transportation. One of our favorites so far!

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

We found the location perfect for the F1 but also easy access to the city and other areas with trams on the door step. Clean and well appointed and very secure. Highly recommend.

My stay here was great. I understand what some previous reviews mentioned about the noise with the tram stop being right outside but it didnt bother me. I appreciated the space, the convenience of a tram stop right outside and thought Neel did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout my stay. Thank you!!

I have a few things to say. Firstly, our plans had to be changed but thank goodness Jeff & Melinda’s place showed up and was available. On short notice, we were able to book and not cancel our trip to Melbourne. We were attending a charity event and didn’t want to miss out. When we arrived, we found the key easily, exactly as in the instructions. The car park was easy to find, it was a little intimidating as we had never used a car lift before, we made it! In the room, we were comfortable and relaxed. It was just like home! The towels were so luxurious and beautiful. I’d love to have some for myself at home. This was such a great stay, we hope to stay again sometime. We did forget to read the checkout instructions and forgot to take our trash and put some cutlery away, but I felt Jeff & Melinda were understanding after I let them know. Thanks guys. Really appreciate that you were there for us this weekend!

A fantastic apartment in Albert Park! The apartment was great for our time in Melbourne, close everything you need, a great sun trap terrace, and well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Kate again, fantastic hosts.

Lovely place! As a solo female traveller I felt really safe and often Sue and Paul would leave the light on in the carport for me if they'd noticed I wasn't home before dark. Great little spot for exploring melbourne and prahan, super close to the train and trams!

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Our family had wonderful stay and appreciated the beautiful location. The view was absolutely spectacular. It was also very convenient to walk around, with lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Jim was very responsive and let us to check in early .Thank you Jim!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Had the most wonderful, peaceful & rejuvenating stay at this apartment given its wonderful location by the Yarra Trail. Apartment was well appointed with stated amenities, bed was comfortable & all appliances functioned effectively. Appreciate the very flexible & generous check in/check out times, constant communication from host James. Undercover secure carpark added to the convenience as did the two nearby cafes & delightful stroll along the Yarra to the Collingwood Children’s Farm & The Convent cafes/restaurants. We will definitely stay again!
