Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Alboran Sea

We can only really agree 100% with all the other very positive reviews here of Jon-Paul's apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, a family home, so not sterile like some corporate places and very well equipped (good TV, Alexa, air-con, very nice quiet washing machine etc). As every review states, the terrace is amazing, if the sun is out you will get it! Jon-Paul's communication was exceptional throughout and the location of the apartment means you are literally 2 mins from the train station and the supermarket and 5 mins from the Paseo and the beach. The only issue we had was when the power went down in the whole of Spain and Portugal but we can't really hold Jon-Paul responsible for that! We have stayed in approx 20 apartments in the Los Boliches/Torreblanca area over the last 10 years or so and Jon-Paul's is probably the one we would be most likely to try to book again. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Torremolinos! The highlight was definitely the balcony and the view— waking up to the sound of the ocean and seeing sunrise was amazing!The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect: the beach is just a short walk away (it even has an elevator if you're too lazy to take the stairs back up :D), and the pool was great for relaxing too. A special thanks to our host, who was very helpful and proactive — even assisting us with getting to the apartment from Málaga via public transportation. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing apartment 2 mins from beach with access to poolside and bar and resturant all staff amazing as was the apartment would highly recommend this. Loads of eating and drinking places and access to marbella by bus if you want to travel has a great marketyou can getaway with no car and walk or us public transport all holiday

a great stay at Rafael's Spacious apartment, very clean, quiet in nature with a large balcony, overlooking a very beautiful pool, mountain and sea exactly as in the photos space in the garage available the complex has a large ، spa jacuzzi, well-equipped gym, basketball court, tennis, Mercadona, Lidl, ، Superco, ، restaurants 10 min drive Rafael is a wonderful host and is very kind. ، She regularly sends us messages to see if we need anything. Thank you very much Rafael, we were very satisfied with our stay in your lovely apartment. If you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing place, this is the perfect place, I recommend it 100%

Superb location on one of the most photographed streets in Mijas, the apartment is everything you’d need. Thomas made some great suggestions and is very helpful.

Very well positioned and very pleasant place

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!

We didn’t want to leave this absolutely beautiful apartment! We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fab! There is a train track outside but honestly it’s the quietest train ever! There are steps down to the center or you can walk both ways are fine. We will definitely stay here again. Valerio is great very responsive and friendly. We would like to thank him for a gorgeous stay.

Lovely apartment, very clean, great views, close to everything you need. We didn’t use the pool due to time constraints but could see it from our window, it looked very inviting. Great to sit on the balcony and take in the views. It’s in a busy part of Gib so a bit noisy when on balcony but quiet when inside and doors are closed. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Dan's place The location is perfect ,close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The place is calm, cozy, and has all the right accommodations to make you feel at home. I even ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed it so much. The host was incredibly nice, always quick to respond, and very helpful. Great communication and a genuinely warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Rory is a super host. The accommodation is just prima. everything is present, large kitchen and a super nicely decorated bar and large terrace. he is currently renovating, but be sure that the rooms will look even better in the future. You feel well at home and well worth a visit. Vera is beautifully central and you have a great base to the beautiful beaches and nice places such as villaricos (Sunday market) , garrucha (Friday market) and mojacar many chirinquitos especially in weekend live music. further alquilas and san juan de terreros worth visiting.

Excellent place to stay in the center of town.

Rory is a very welcoming man who makes his home completely available! Very correct and helpful! Also a cozy and social personality that makes it fun to chat with. Being in someone's house is a matter of trust, and he certainly gives you that feeling. You could grab a nice drink yourself at the(honest bar) itself, for a small price. The room where we slept was clean and tidy, bed slept wonderfully. Bathroom and toilet clean and tidy. Tea coffee was also there for use. In short, in our short stay 2 nights it was more than worth it, also from a price point of view. We really look back on a nice stay and not to forget to meet with a beautiful person👍 (and the welcome drink is highly recommended!)

One of the best stays I've ever had! Mohamed was incredibly kind and proactive, making everything smooth and comfortable. His hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience. The apartment is conveniently located near the Medina and the airport, with easy access to taxis.
