There are 2 single beds, air con and basic kitchen facilities. Plenty of parking and very private. Undercover outdoor area with table & chairs. This lovely two bedroom house is located in East Albury and just a 15mins walk from Dean Street. This recently renovated house (4 on the block) has two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a shower and a bath, separate toilet, NBN wifi and laundry. The property also has a lock up garage and a courtyard to relax. Please note there is a split system in the lounge room (not in the bedrooms) & a fan in each bedroom.
