In the middle of a pine forest and by the cliff of the beach, the urbanization has no walls between gardens, only an outdoor wall, making it unique, wide and unobstructed. The house has 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 indoor room, 1 outdoor room and a porch with barbecue.

The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
