The house was very well equipped (at the kitchenware level we were surprised, we always lack things and in this case there was everything!). Plenty of firewood, everything you need and the owner even left us a huge sponge cake that was enough for the 20 of us who went for breakfast. We will definitely be back :)

Eva is great. We rented the villa to celebrate our baby's first birthday with the family. Eva let us visit the villa some time before to think about the preparations, and she also made it easy for us to bring things on the Thursday before the event to organize ourselves better. She has been very attentive to everything and personally is a very nice and outgoing girl. The villa is a 10, both in the decoration and in the details it has, the pool, the rooms, the terrace, even the bar!!! It far exceeds anything one could ask for. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!!!

We have been in the house Doña Herminia for a weekend, from Friday to Sunday, four couples with children, just for what the latter have enjoyed it is worth returning. As the land is perfectly fenced, the pool well protected, the lawn (artificial) very well cared for, the garden games right in front of the relaxation area for the adults, .. for the parents it has also been a very good experience. Very well-equipped kitchen, gas paella pan with paellas of different capacities, barbecue prepared with firewood, ping pong, foosball, American pool, 65" TV, living room table for 14 diners, outdoor tables on the porch, etc. make the experience very well-rounded and advisable. Things to note: - There are two rooms with several double beds, the one in the attic is very low for adults. - Pets are charged an extra 10 euros per day for cleaning, regardless of whether it is a well-behaved and small dog. - Check-out is at 12 noon, negotiable (€) later.

Great stay for 5 (3 children/2 adults) with 2 children who shared a double bed. The house has a 2nd kitchen in a room accessible from the outside with the dishwasher. The pool is amazing (water still very cool in April but we still managed to swim quickly). The garden that goes around the house makes it possible to shelter from the wind according to the hours thanks to its terraces at every corner of the house, and the children to play! The village of Yatova is quiet. The house is even more out of the way, with a lovely path leading to a beautiful cave/waterfall. Do not hesitate to make a little car to visit Valencia, Chillula, … Jorge was ultra responsive, you have to anticipate the fact of not being able to arrive after 11pm but it is indicated in the listing. We highly recommend!

Fluent communication at all times with the host, easy arrival at the accommodation... quiet area... Regarding the house, I have to say that it grabs you from the moment you enter. Everything is clean and tidy, no detail was missing. It's very large, ideal for groups and families, and also for couples, which was my case. We had a fantastic weekend. We loved everything, but especially the patio, where you can breathe peace and tranquility. Each corner excites you more, the colorful plants with flowers, the birds singing and the sound of the fountain water. It simply grabs you, and you don't want to leave. Then it has a pool to cool off, and a barbecue to enjoy a good wood-fired menu. Everything is 10/10, perfect. We'll repeat very soon. Very, very advisable.

We had the most amazing stay at Maria and Marta's home. The views were spectacular and it was such a relaxing environment. We loved how much there was to do close by as well. The home had everything that we needed. the outdoor kitchen was a particular highlight, especially this area with the carbonero (it's name is great tit in the UK), nesting inside the trunk of Carob tree, which was an extra treat to witness. Maria and Marta were very helpful and accommodating. The perfect stay in a beautiful location!

What a great find, very quiet, and completely self-sustainable, so you can really unwind and relax here, between the olive trees and small vineyards. Han was great! As soon as we booked, he contacted us with directions and gave us great tips on what to do and where to find everything. The house has everything you need, it is super clean, and they run everything on solar power, really cool... We will definitely go back. If you book this place, get ready for some serious off-the-grid time (although they also offer wifi, if you need it!)

From the first moment the communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. We recommended parking in the parking the castle since it is the closest it is, although if you are loaded with suitcases it is still better to go down to the castle to unload and then return to the parking lot since the slopes are pronounced. The accommodation was wonderful, it had everything you need to spend a few days and the kitchen and bathroom equipment were great. The bed is very comfortable although in the high cushions we had to get used to it. The area is very quiet and you can reach well to see the caves and restaurants nearby. That's if you prepare for a leg workout to return to the accommodation since there are many sloping alleys that give their charm to the village.

Without a doubt, one of the sunrises for its most beautiful views that I have ever lived, I will come back very often, if it is free, because when people know it will be complicated, given the charming of everything, the owner, the surroundings, the tranquility..., little more to say , an experience as I said at the beginning unforgettable.

House is very new, clean and well-kept. It has several TVs and A/C splits. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The 3 bathrooms are complete and also new. The kitchen although somewhat narrow is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, coffee maker, a large fridge, and a lot of well-maintained utensils. The BBQ is large, separate and has utensils for cooking large paellas. The only downside is that the common spaces are not too spacious for large groups, but enough. Totally recommended.

The accommodation as the host was perfect , they cared at all times about our arrival even having the automated entrance, advising us restaurants in the area activities and the departure , it was perfect they were flexible with the check-out time without having asked them it was a detail
