We loved our stay at the villa. The garden & the views were amazing. It was perfect for children. The pool had gate, a big plus for security. We liked that there was the possibility to heat the pool (we went end of April - beginning of May). The dining area outside was so nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. The interior design was spotless. Modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, with an authentic feel. You need a car to get around. Everything was close by (5-10 min by car) : beaches, restaurant, supermarket, etc. The host were super responsive. To sum it up : it’s a perfect place for a family vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the gardens are out of this world! Brilliant location for families as it’s really quiet but within walking distance to the town. The house is so clean - everything was spotless.

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures - beautiful and very well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the mountains and the wonderful pool, ideal for cooling off. The beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, by car it takes a few minutes. Communication was always fast and helpful, check-in even worked smoothly at 2 a.m. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

For a few years my family (parents, sisters, nieces) had planned to spend a holiday together, but it took a while to find a time that would work for everyone. And then we had to find a place that not only could accommodate small children, but was also big enough for everyone and offered a comfortable and accessible place. We found all of that in this unbelievably nice house. It clearly exceeded our expectations and is one of the main reasons that we had such memorable holidays. The place is spacious, cozy right from the start, and has everything we needed during our 2-week stay. Kathleen was always very responsive and helpful. As I told her in our last message before leaving, if I could give 6 stars I would and so would all of my family members. Thanks again!

Do you want a great, luxurious and yet super cozy holiday in the Algarve? Don't hesitate: this house is perfect. Very neat and spacious house with all the necessary amenities (also various toiletries available for you), beautiful decor, very cozy. Quiet area. Not a holiday home, but a really luxurious family house where you just don't want to leave. Also very spacious garden (lawn, orchards, spacious driveway) with a superb swimming pool and sun loungers/umbrellas. Laura's welcome was great, not intrusive, but just always readily available you had to need something (which wasn't for us, we really had everything our heart desired). During our week-long stay, cleaning was also done in between (with new towels), the garden taken care of and the pool cleaned. In short, did I mention that this house is perfect and its money is completely worth it?

We had a great time staying in this villa, all the necessary facilities were available to us, and if we had any problems the hosts were always a phone call away. Location was good as was not too busy and only 15-20 mins drive to larger cities. Would recommend

Beautiful comfortable and nicely decorated home with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach. Had never been in this part of Algarve before but was pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed exploring the town and beaches. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ahua Portugal, where our host Anne guided us with thoughtful local tips and quick responses. Nestled on a peaceful hillside above Seixe Valley, the modern house had every comfort we needed and felt like the perfect retreat. We were deeply inspired by Anne’s dedication to the land. She has led a reforestation project across her 18-hectare estate, planting over 30,000 cork trees to restore the forest after wildfires. Tip: Do plan to bring a reliable car. The unpaved access roads are best navigated with a vehicle that has good clearance. If you’re seeking a serene, private getaway with a caring, responsive host deeply connected to her land, Ahua Portugal is an exceptional choice! Five stars all the way, and thank you, Anne!

We had a lovely stay in Carla’s beautiful home! It looks exactly like the pictures & is very clean, well maintained. The place is both homely and aesthetically stunning, and we can tell that Carla has poured much love and soul into cultivating such a peaceful environment! It truly felt like a home away from home. Carla is an A+ host - very responsive and supported us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit both locally & around the Algarve. The location is very private and the neighbourhood is quiet & friendly. This is the perfect place for couples, families and even solo travellers - we truly felt very safe there! Parking is close by and free, very convenient. Overall would highly recommend staying here! ‘Obrigada, Carla!’ 😊

Actually, so much has already been written about this great Airbnb. We agree with ALL positive reviews. If you are planning an individual holiday in the Algarve, you should book here. It was fantastic. Our life in the almost 2 weeks took place mostly outside. It is so nice to enjoy the first coffee/tea on the roof terrace in the morning or wine in the evening. Our 2nd favorite place was the courtyard with kitchen counter. We loved having breakfast here and enjoying the affogato in between. We had planned not to cook. However, it was so much fun in this well-equipped kitchen. So, there were small dishes or salads in the evening. Restaurants, the small market hall, the local grocery stores and 2 discount stores are within walking distance. We liked Silves very much. There are good opportunities to shop for beautiful things here. Many thanks to Marta + Levi for the communication + the new dishwasher

Lagos was a beautiful place and this Airbnb made exploring it easy. The location is ideal and the street is quiet. The apartment looks like the photos and was well decorated but without clutter, and comfortable. It was very clean which is so important to me. Hosts were extremely responsive and kind from start to finish. Easy checkin with lockbox. Would recommend to others.

The place was very beautiful and everything was walking distance around it. Plenty of space and super clean. The host was very responsive and made sure that we had clear instructions which made the stay go smoothly.

Patrick was super communicative and helpful from booking all the way to the day before we flew, especially as Portugal had the blackout the day before we were meant to arrive! He was incredibly helpful at keeping us updated on the local situation in Silves. The villa itself was better than the photos, my parents had the master bedroom and were very happy with their ensuite and balcony! The pool is unheated so perfect for roasting hot weather but takes a little more getting used to in the lower 20s. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ area had everything we needed and we enjoyed the alfresco dining area very much. As one other guest mentioned, bring earplugs as the local dogs tend to bark at night. The villa is really well located for Silves and Carvoeiro, both towns we really loved and had some great food!

We spent 6 days in the apartment in the most beautiful bathing weather. The location and the terrace are great. Also the apartment offers everything you need. Thank you for the great time!

Antonio was a brilliant host to deal with from day 1. He was always quick to respond and very helpful with all questions asked. Check in and check out was so quick and easy. Antonio gave clear instructions on getting to the property. The property itself was exactly as advertised. The property was so clean, spacious and included a lot of utilities. The garden had plenty of room to relax in and a really nice clean pool. The area itself was quiet, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The neighbours were very friendly also. I would highly recommend Antonio as a host and his beautiful villa! Will definitely stay there again.

We can conclude that not only the villa was exactly what we needed but the welcome and nano second communication via text made us feel like we just knew this couple love making peoples experiences the best. We spent a week at the accommodation and had a very nice time! You need a car to get to the accommodation and it is not easy to find the accommodation, but the way there was extremely worthwhile. We particularly liked the quiet and beautiful location, the privacy there and the great barbecue and pool area. The nearest town, Silves, is one of the most beautiful in the Algarve. Very good restaurants can also be reached in a maximum of 20-30 minutes' drive. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and surprised us with a fruit basket from the garden upon our arrival. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a very nice stay at Casa Lisroyan! A nice base from which to explore the beautiful coast. The house is large and with a beautiful garden and beautiful swimming pool. Everything was available for a pleasant stay. In December it is cold, so we used the fireplace and air conditioning a lot. Bluespot (Aine) gave clear instructions and helped if there was a problem. Recommended!

Perfect place in the most beautiful setting! Peaceful and quiet yet only a short drive from locals towns with loads to do! We had everything we needed, the apartment is very well equipped (so grateful for the cot and high chair!) and spotlessly clean! Thank you to everyone involved :) we had a brilliant stay!
