Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Alcorcón

Lovely place! Looks just like the photos, is spacious and immaculately clean. The location was also perfect. There’s a supermarket right at the corner and you’re very close to all major attractions. Wish I could rent the place long term! Highly recommend.

Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.

The place is in a great location in La Latina. It can be a bit loud but the window is sound proofed and relieves a lot of sound from the apartment. That being said, it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us that much. The apartment is a great value and we were quite happy with the price. We didn’t need anything fancy and it was comfortable enough. I would suggest a few more towels and a Master topper to make the bed more comfortable. But overall, considering the price this was 5 stars. The communication was excellent and we always had what we needed. Would stay again for sure.

Clara und Pedro waren freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sofort gut verstanden und fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Der kleine Balkon erlaubte, in der Wohnung auch gut für sich sein zu können und ins Grüne zu schauen beim Frühstücken. Das in der Grosstadt! Tolle Lage, multikulturell, viele kleine Läden, ruhig, Fußgängerzonen. 2 min zur superbequemen Metro. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux, bien équipé, le lit est confortable et la terrasse avec vue sur Madrid est un vrai plus. Il est idéalement placé pour visiter la ville, le quartier est accueillant, queer friendly, avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

I felt right at home at Fausto’s authentically decorated apartment. It is in the middle of a fun neighbourhood (Lavapies) full of nice bars and restaurants – including quite some vegan places! It’s close to the train station and museums like the Reina Sofia. It can be a bit noisy at night, but if you bring earplugs, it shouldn’t be a problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Logement très agréable, propre et fidèle à l’annonce, très bien pour y passer quelques jours Métro et bus à 5-10min parfait pour ce déplacer jusqu’au centre ville Commerce et petite supérette à proximité aussi

Una casa espectacular para pasar unos días con amigos o familia. Acondicionada para estar todos juntos y cómodos. Casa completamente acondicionada y muy amplia y zona de piscina muy chula. Repetiremos sin duda

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Todo ha sido perfecto,el apartamento muy agradable,limpio y con instrucciones claras. Lo único que salvo error (no lo leí) que tenía escsleras para acceder al apto y viajaba con un persona con dificultad para subir y bajar.Pero salvo esto recomiendo 100%.Accedible al centro tanto en transporte público como con taxi. Ha sido un gran experiencia.

Es una casita independiente aneja a la suya, que transmite mucha sensación de hogar, autonomía y comodidad. Éramos 4 adultos y fue perfecto de espacio y comodidades. Sólo comentaría para futuros huéspedes que tiene unos techos y marcos de las puertas bajos, pero para nada es agobiante, de hecho tiene muchísima luz natural. Desde luego que si volvemos a esta zona noroeste de Madrid nos lo dejamos marcado en favoritos. Gracias Agustín!

Si todo muy bien

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

Todo perfecto!! Carlos me dio instrucciones detalladas para la llegada. La zona es tranquila. Calidad-precio muy bien.

Mi abuela estuvo hospedada por dos semanas y ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Como referencia a pesar de ser inicios de junio el Airbnb es de lo más fresca y ventilada. Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
