Only a pedestrian walkway separates the sea from the house. It has 232 m2 of built area and a total surface area of 546 m2. IMPORTANT changes 10/2023: Installation of air conditioning in the central area of the house. In 2019, a new kitchen, a four-person KAYAK, two bicycles, a wood-burning fireplace, board games, a BBQ grill, etc. were installed.

The space was as advertised in the pictures is very peaceful and private. It’s a bit difficult to get in the ocean directly out the back door but a possible alternative is to walk two minutes down to the Sandy Beach to get in the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked And the fresh fish you can get at the supermarket and cook yourself is delicious. The washer and drying machine are located enclosed outside and work well we had no issues with any of the facilities working as advertised. You are on the ground floor with this unit and there is another unit above you. You have your separate entrance and space though. Air-conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the main room work very well.

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Especially nice was the terrace, where you can relax wonderfully. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for unwinding. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so you sometimes have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, this place so special ! It is such a peaceful and well design home by the sea. My family had a wonderful stay in this quiet and welcoming little village People who live here are so kind, we really liked the supermarket near the beach and the restaurants around. It was a nice spot to run by the shore or swim in the calm and clear water in the morning. The sunset on the rooftop terrasse is stunning. We loved to start our day by sipping a coffee while we watch the sea all together The kids enjoyed the pool, the outside shower and the games.The house was very clean and carefully prepared. Certainly the best airbnb ever, we recommend +++++++ Thank you for your warm welcome Philipp :)

cristina was super friendly and communicative from the beginning! the airbnb was beautifully located right on the beach and right next to the bus stop. multiple supermarkets across the street. the place was beautifully decorated! we really enjoyed our time here :)
