The environment also includes hot and cold air conditioning, TV, minibar, Wi-Fi, a whirlpool bathtub and a large balcony on the upper floor, facing the mountains, where time slows down.

The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. Nearest city (Santa Marta) is 4 km away where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is only 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).

Located on the banks of ES 495; the main access road to Pico da Bandeira in Espírito Santo; our accommodation provides visitors with quiet days with the family, in comfort and safety. Easy access to the main waterfalls, cafeterias and 20 minutes from the Park Entrance. We are 300 meters from Mercado do Paulinho and 200 meters from the Gas Station.

This house has a very spacious en-suite, kitchen, pantry and outdoor area (large). It is located in a very quiet central area, a 10-minute walk to the city center. The house is on the third floor of a 3-house complex. There is no garage available, but the street has no exit and Alegre, being a small town, it is quite safe to leave the car in front of the house.
