The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Suite View is a fully furnished private apartment close to downtown with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with a queen size in the bedroom and an electric reclining couch in the living room. It has a small kitchen sink, mini fridge, and microwave. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac with some ocean views, a big deck, and a dedicated parking spot. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

This small 1-bedroom home was built in the 1940’s, and is nestled on the hill above the harbor among the close knit homes on Cope Street. Find warm Alutiiq art, and other cultural accents throughout. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
