We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Alexandra Headlands! Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, the incredible views more than made up for it — there’s just something magical about watching the ocean, rain or shine. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. The amenities provided were fantastic — we didn’t need to bring a thing! The surprise basket of treats on arrival was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. For anyone planning to eat in, the kitchen is so well equipped — not only is there a full range of utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, and storage containers, but even an air fryer! It made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, and even from the front bedroom, we could hear the soothing sound of the ocean as the waves crashed on the beach at night — so relaxing! Directions were clear and easy to follow, & the communication with the Chic Holidays

Was a terrific property with great bonuses not advertised for a toddler ie high chair / table and chairs. Location was sensational to walk to shops and restaurants and the beach which was the main advantage naturally. Thanks for having us - we will be back!

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Amazing communication & very clear instructions on how to access the keys & the property. The apartment was in a great location, one street behind all the shops & restaurants and the beautiful beach. The apartment was also spotless and had everything you need & more. Maor’s place was awesome! The ocean views were sensational and the unit was lovely and clean and had a fantastic balcony and rooftop space. Would thoroughly recommend staying here! It’s close to excellent restaurants and cafes (walking distance) and we were able to take our dog with us everywhere. Maor was very responsive and gave us plenty of info for the local area. Will most definitely come back to stay!

Was a beautiful unit and perfect for our needs, being 2 couples holidaying together. Love, love, loved the location!!! Beautiful view and so convenient to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The use of resort facilities was a great bonus 👌 Being on a busy intersection, the traffic could be a bit noisy but it didn't bother us at all. Thanks Bec for sharing your beautiful space with us, we will definitely be back.

A fantastic modern house that has plenty of room and all the amenities. Walking distance to the water front areas, cafes and shopping centre. Excellent option for families!

The photos don’t do justice for how lovely this house was! Automatic Keepad for entry so no worrying about losing keys or who has keys ect Felt very homely And was in walking distance to plenty of cafe’s, restaurants and bar’s

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The home was very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed including a high chair and portacot which was a big help! The location is great and a great place to unwind and relax.

Wow wow wow. We stayed at Rowan House for Mum mum’s 80th a perfect house for a large (11) multigenerational group. Given the house is about 80 years old itself, was a fitting venue. Moya is an amazing host, very quick to respond to questions and , and met on arrival to explain the ins and out of the house. The house itself is a beautifully presented, quirky, rambling old house perched on the side of the mountain with great views back to the coast. A great entertaining house - bedrooms are all well presented with quality linens and plenty of pillows/ blankets. The kitchen is perfect for feeding a large crowd - plenty of fridge spaces, ample everything you need. Moya unexpectedly, and very kindly, had stocked us with some staples and plenty of party starters. Fire place, tennis’s court, great views - was all fantastic. The only complaints we had were that we had to leave so soon.

Absolutely magical stay, we didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful space that had everything we needed! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kids loved the pool, kitchen was really well equipped and the location was perfect for us as we had a wedding right around the corner. 5 mins from the beach and cafes too. Will hopefully be back for another weekend stay soon!

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
