The loft was designed to offer a comfortable and practical experience. The main bedroom is on the upper floor, accessed by a staircase. An en-suite bathroom upstairs and a bathroom for those using the living room on the ground floor. Full kitchen. We have a small barbecue grill in the loft's backyard for free use. In the gourmet area of the condominium, there is another large barbecue grill, but a fee of R$120 must be paid for its use and for cleaning at the end. Shared pool and solar water heating.
