In Love with Alfama with Private Patio

Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Passion apartment is located right in the heart of Alfama, in a pedestrian area, with no traffic noise, so when you stay with us, you can rest assured that you will have a great night sleep. Integrated in a traditional historic building, that was fully rehabilitated last year. Traditional and authentic doesn't always have to mean old and moldy, we've set our aim high and our apartment was fully renovated from the ground up, with only one thing in mind, to provide you great comfort levels and all the modern commodities to make sure that your stay with us is truly remarkable. Passion is a studio apartment with a bed and a big TV with cable. Wifi is available and a nice Sofa-bed too. Last but not least there is a fully equipped kitchenette (microwaves oven, domino hob/cooktop, fridge, etc.) at your disposal. Perfect for 2 it can host up to 3. Families are welcome. You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. A brief glimpse of what this city as to offer. We will endeavour to quickly reply to all guests questions and comments. Following your booking, you will receive an email prior to your check-in. We will be present at the time of your check-in, and available throughout the duration of your stay. Meanwhile just relax and enjoy Lisboa, you're in good caring hands. Located in historic Alfama, the apartment is within walking distance of the city's main points of interest, including the Cathedral and the Castle of São Jorge, while downtown is also just steps away. Enjoy stunning city views from nearby viewpoints. The easiest and by far the fastest way to reach Alfama, coming from the airport is by Taxi/Private transfer. Upon request we can make the necessary arrangements for picking you up at the airport.

Paulo’s apartment is perfect for a short stay in Lisbon! Very walkable location, tons of restaurants, stores, and things to do within a close proximity. The apartment itself is as described with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and small kitchenette that is has the essentials. Paulo was awesome to work with and let us check-in very early with no additional fees. My only complaints are that it’s on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator and an extremely narrow staircase, making traversing up and down with luggage challenging, and that AC in the room technically works but cannot keep up with the Lisbon summer despite the small size of the room. Overall though I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others who have no issues with staircases. Thanks Paulo!

Joana’s apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Air conditioning helpful on the warm days. Location walkable for many areas of interest. The Breakfast Lovers restaurant was 4 minute walk from apartment and phenomenal. Joana had a thorough list of local restaurants, which was helpful. There were nighttime celebrations for the upcoming feast of St Anthony, and outdoor celebrations at night were loud, just an awareness. Would highly recommend.

Location is ideal, central and the main drive to book this location. Modern design and nice courtyard. The listing photos are accurate. The communication with the host was engaging and slowed down near the end of our booking. I would suggest this location.
