Our home was originally built in the 1930s. The previous owners lived here until we purchased it in 2016. In the ’90s, her grandkids added onto the house and put up a wall to create a small one-bedroom unit for her to live in and they stayed in the rest of the house while caring for her. When we bought the house, we made some light updates, and we feel really lucky to now be able to share this small space with guests visiting Santa Cruz County.

This is the lower of two units in the house and features an efficiency kitchen, a full bathroom, a private deck with hot tub, bedroom, and living room area. Walk to coffee, grocery stores, local wine tasting, amazing hikes, and restaurants. There is free parking at the base of the hill for up to two cars parked in a row.

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting two weekends and two Friday evenings a month. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.
