To provide plenty of comfort to our guests, the chalet features a 32-inch Smart TV in the bedroom and a 43-inch TV with an open channel (Globo) in the living room. Open concept kitchen and living room, kitchen being 100% private (equipped with utensils for all types of meals), fireplace, balcony, among other details.

New place, newly renovated. Spacious for up to 20 people, ideal for families. In a privileged location, a 7-minute walk from Darós waterfall and a 15-minute drive from downtown Matilde. The site has 6 en-suites with air-conditioning, minibar and TV. In addition, it has a lake, a play area with billiards and foosball, an outdoor area with a swimming pool and a trampoline for children. It also has a spacious barbecue area with a barbecue grill and a wood-burning stove.

The site is accessed via 1 km of dirt road. The road where the house is located is quiet and there are two residents approximately 300 meters away, who have lived there for more than 30 years. The house has a whirlpool bathtub for two people.
