Very nice apartment, well maintained, with a good aroma, clean and everything was as it appeared in the photos. Easy access. Clean bedding. Very good building spaces and infrastructure.

Frankly, the view is everything. Nice and spacious apartment, as well as being in a very quiet environment. Although they told us to bring our toiletries, I think it would have been a little more thoughtful to have left a comfort or a little soap to wash your hands when you arrive. A tiny detail, but highly valued. The rest, all wonderful.

First of all, Adela is excellent as a host, very concerned, close, with an excellent disposition and with recommendations that make everything easier, in terms of place and Dpto are just like the photos, with a beautiful view and a beautiful sunset, totally recommended.

Very clean, nice and quiet environment, especially for resting and getting away from the noise of the city...we loved it. Cristian, the host is very friendly and responds promptly to our questions.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. The ocean view dining room is great, it is very well equipped with everything necessary for a stay of 4-6 passengers. The kitchenware is very complete and also has a coffee machine (which we did not use, but nice that it is) and a bottled water dispenser that saved us because there was just a pipe problem in the building during our stay and we were able to use that water while the administration people fixed the problem. The TVs in the rooms run smoothly with cable TV, but they are not smart TVs. The mattresses on the beds could be renovated, the one in the master bedroom is already in decline. The wifi works fine. The building has an elevator for people with reduced mobility, but it only worked on request with reduced hours until 4pm, after the second day of consulting the staff. The temperate pool on the premises did not work while we were. Rest of the pristine enclosure.

Daniel's accommodation was perfect for a relaxing weekend at the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was very well equipped. Also very concerned about our comfort and they welcomed us with a gift to enjoy, thank you very much!

Very good choice since it has everything you need , the features of the condominium are perfect , we enjoyed the tempered pool every day together with my family , the comfortable apartment with an incredible view, we would return without a doubt.

Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.

In general, everything is good, the house is pleasant and comfortable. Just a few things are missing for example candlesticks and lamps. And some fixes that need to be fine-tuned, such as the electrical theme that is not well finished. But the rest is very good. Just clarify the conditions of rent in relation to the final deep grooming, that we understood that it was towards them and it was charged, and that they were not clear. But everything else is very good
