Great place! Big, spacious, clean and the host responded very quickly to our request even tho we contacted him at the very last minute! The check-in went smoothly! The apartment was equipped with all the necessary tools. Living and bedroom with access to the balcony which was a nice plus! Bed very comfy. Bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Well everything you need and more. Area also very calm and in a nice, secure area! Highly recommended.

We had a very nice week. a host who is as close as possible to their guests in case of need. A loft as described internally, quiet and very well located. Shops nearby and very good value for money. Fairouz's place is in a great location at the foot of the ruins and the shopping area. The apartment is large, very clean and very well equipped. Hosts were available, friendly, and responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

We book with Benkraouda every year. This host has always been welcoming, flexible on check-in times. In addition, he does not hesitate to ask us during our stay if everything is going best for our greatest satisfaction. The apartment is spacious, very clean with all the necessary amenities like the ones found in each house: washing machine, microwave, oven, TV with French channels... In addition, we find all the amenities next to the apartment: restaurants, snacks, pizzeria, tram, bus, taxi... not to mention the sea within 500 m. We will come back to his place as every year. I highly recommend it.

My family was really happy and satisfied, the place was big, really clean and as described, the beach is less than 10mn walking, Lina and her mother were so helpful and so nice, i highly recommend the place!!

We were very satisfied with the stay as a family. Ryma is very friendly and quick to respond. We were able to ask questions on site at any time. The location is great and you feel comfortable in the apartment, which has a very nice view on several sides.

Idir welcomed us to his very comfortable place and he is recommended. Small downside but has nothing to do with Idir, the neighborhood is under construction. You can go to his place without a second thought.

Wow. It is a great place. It's a quiet and easy neighbourhood, and you know when you drive up the first time, it will be good. But when you go inside, it will feel like home. And what more do you want when you are overseas for many months, than to be at home. The place is beautiful, the kitchen wonderful (some appliances seemed totally new and unused), bathroom great, and the upstairs loft bedroom dreamy. I recommend engaging their cleaner once per week too, she is marvelous. Rafika and her colleague Fahim are always supportive, and they are very easy to deal with (even for someone like me whose French is very basic). I can only say thank you Rafika, and if I get the chance to come back, please ignore the new clients!

Soumia was very responsive, the instructions were very clear and the apartment was true to itself. Small problem with the towels that could not be used because of bad smells. Otherwise, small sea view and does the job very well. I would highly recommend it.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful villa! The spaces were spacious, perfect for our large family (8 people) The garden was a real haven of peace, ideal for relaxing in the sun, while the private pool not overlooked was a real treat for young and old. The villa is well maintained and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. In addition, the welcome was warm and very attentive from intendant Salim as well as Nabil the host who is very professional and asked for news of our stay as well as our needs almost daily, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa and would return without hesitation! Inchallah

A wonderful stay at Djaffar's who welcomed us as rare do; he was able to advise us and find solutions for each personal problem encountered. On the side of the accommodation, we find ourselves in a little slice of paradise away from any disturbances. We particularly appreciated the unopposed pool which was cleaned on a regular basis. The accommodation itself is true to the photos and many convenience stores are nearby. I highly recommend that you trust Djaffar who will undoubtedly meet all your requirements. PS: I advise you to come transported, we were not and, although our host was able to advise us so that it was not too handicapping, I think the stay would have been better with a car

I recently stayed in this large villa during my trip to Oran. the villa is in a great location and offers tranquility and safety which has greatly contributed to making my stay memorable.

We stayed 5 nights (August 2024) with our 2 children (13 and 10). The house is totally self-contained, with private gates. Easy access to the city entrance (coming from Oran). Close to all amenities and the beach. Very large house. In line with the photos. Functional amenities. Well-maintained pool and garden, very nice. Fairly seamless communication with owner. She was able to meet our expectations when we asked her. Negative points to note: - Only 1 bedroom is air-conditioned (so the others are very hot). - the wifi did not work throughout our stay. This is a problem for us foreigners who do not have/little mobile data. - the beds are so hard

Great place and a marvellous host as usual

What a beautiful house, little piece of heaven in Algiers. Very quiet area and has everything you need nearby (excellent pastry shop right next door, grocery stores, fast food ect restaurants). We had a pleasant stay. The sun was at the rendezvous, the view of the sea was just OMG…the pool overlooks the sea was also OMG, as for the house ,it was beautiful too ,comfortable, it had everything it needed for a pleasant stay with the family. The host Mr. Amine was very warm,flexible and very responsive. We will go back without hesitation!
