The place is very clean, like the pictures. Everything is new inside and perfectly working. Places in the city centre of Sassari. The host is very responsive and helpful, smooth check in and the apartment easy to access. The parking is a paid parking 200m away, public parking spaces. Highly recommended and very high quality

Nothing but good things to say - great apartment and parking. Super close to the beach and town, you can walk everywhere. House is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Every detail is well thought out and Mary was the best host ever :) Rarely can you find a place like this anymore, 5* all around.

Jason's place is right in the heart of the old town, tucked in an alley where the cathedral tower rising above, on the first floor (2nd in the States) , simple and elegant, clean and crisp, with prime quality of amenities, spacious bathroom and comfy bed/pillows. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home. Jason was very nice, friendly, and responsive, he took good care of his property and his clients. His warmth made my stay very enjoyable and memorable. I would love to come back someday!

The first apartment where everything is as in the photos. Everything that is mentioned is available. Excellent location, private parking in the courtyard. Thank you, Graziella Maris, for a very nice stay at your place! Graziella Maris was very responsive and helpful in getting us setup and around our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. She provided clear instructions on using everything in the apartment and helpful recommendations on local eateries. The apartment is within a short walking distance to several supermarkets and several beaches, Maria Pia, San Gionvanni, and Lido di Alghero - Maria Pia is, in our opinion, the nicest. The Old Town is walkable for adults - we had a (nearly) 3-year old with us so got the bus instead, there are several you can get. All in all, a lovely stay in Alghero.

We loved our stay at Michelina's place!! The apartment is bright, spacious and clean. The two balconies are fantastic to sit and relax on. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, and the lounge/kitchen area has everything you need. The apartment itself is 2 minutes from the sea, and only around 10 minutes' walk from the lovely old town. Michelina was always easy to contact, and was friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend a stay here.

We've just returned from a 4 night stay in Castelsardo and Marcia's flat was simply brilliant. The views from the balcony of the sea, beach, town and sunsets were magnificent. The rooftop pool was well loved and well used by our two kids; in before breakfast and before bed. The location of the flat is ace; a 5 minute stroll to the centre, 10 minute stroll to the beach via a winding path and 10 minute stroll to the castle and old town. It's a stunning place. Marcia was super helpful beforehand answering questions (thank you!). The beach is a must; turquoise clear waters, plenty of space, fish galore. The apartment was perfect; clean and had everything you'd need. The sofa bed was really comfy. I didn't end up using the parking space provided as the hire car company gave us a bigger car than we'd booked. For ease, we parked on the road outside and always got a space. The blue bays were €14 per day, which was well worth the convenience and stress of parking a big car in a small space.

Fantastic location in the old town, easily walkable to both the main sights and also car park if you’re doing day trips. Basic amenities in the kitchen but fine for a weekend where we weren’t cooking at all. A/C a bit temperamental but not that big a deal in June, might be in July/Aug. Would recommend.

The apartment was ideal for our stay, in a few minutes you are on the beach and also after a short drive in the center of Alghero. The apartment has its own parking space and is still absolutely quiet. From the terrace, you can look out over fields and meadows, and yet you are well connected. The apartment itself is sparkling clean and furnished to the latest standards. The landlady will immediately take care of any inquiries. Check in was perfect. Excellent apartment, spacious, clean, fully equipped. The upstairs terrace is stunning and has panoramic views of the sea, the distant cliffs and the old town. You forget you’re in the middle of a busy port as it’s so peaceful - just the sounds of the birds. Then just go downstairs and out for the hustle and bustle of the old town. There are several small walkable town beaches and a larger sandy beach just past the port and marina. Lots of beaches up and down the coast if you have a car. Free car parking in the large marina car park, near the big wheel. We had a car but barely used it. Plenty of nearby supermarkets and of course bars and restaurants. Historical Nuraghe sites nearby and a small museum, cathedral and don’t miss going up the bell tower at the Franciscan centre. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing holiday with everything you need on hand. The host Andrea is very friendly and responsive - keen to make your stay as smooth as possible.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely— very well equipped, and ideally located. It gave us the perfect base to explore the north of the island while also offering a peaceful space to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

We had a great 1.5 weeks in this beautiful accommodation as a family with 6 adults and 4 children. The contact with Jean Charles from the moment of booking to the last day we left home was excellent. Jean Charles is a great host, thinking along, responds quickly, super friendly..in short a real host. The accommodation itself is equipped with all comforts and even a lot of extras that make your beach visits or pool days extra relaxed. There are even toys for children and games for when you want some entertainment in the evening. We will definitely come back here!

Laura was an amazing host with lots of recommendations, quick responses, and helpful guidance. The place was lovely and well worth the price. Great location just a few minutes walk from the old town with lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Just returned from the most amazing stay in Sardinia! The house was above and beyond our expectations. The grounds are stunning with so much space and so beautiful with all the olive groves and cacti etc. The pool was a highlight for the kids and they spent a lot of time in there and the hot tub. The children also loved the many cats and dogs 😊 The house was well kitted for self catering and all of upstairs had air con and mozzie nets at windows so despite 37 degree heat, we were very comfortable. Daniela and her husband were so lovely and made us feel so welcome particularly the children. Daniella would bring out toys for the children and was always chatty and smiley! There are many beautiful places to visit nearby like the Neptune Grotto, many lovely beaches and alghero old town! We cannot recommend this place enough- it was I would say the best place we have ever stayed! Thank you Roberta, Daniella and family for such a wonderful stay in your beautiful home 😊

Unfortunately, we only stayed 5 days, but we felt right at home: from hospitality to availability, from discretion to kindness. The accommodation perfectly matches the description, a wonderful place, surrounded by greenery and silence, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Alghero. It was a pleasure!

Perfect apartment, as described and even better. Everything new and well cared for. The hosts are kind and helpful, but private. The area is quiet and isolated from the chaos of the coast and city traffic, but convenient both to enjoy the city services of Sassari and to explore the North of Sardinia. A nice discovery and a place to come back.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

Giuseppe is a helpful and very responsive host from day one. Even helped me carry my luggage up to the apartment as well as having welcome drinks in the fridge ready and cold. As he is the architect of the apartment, he explained everything very well and in detail. The apartment is truly an art peace. So much detail in the lines, 3d effect. And it has everything. The location is amazing as it's on the edge of the village where it's peaceful, quiet with beautiful nature surrounding. Yet it's close to all the action within 10 minute walk. The sunsets and the views are just world class. I can highly recommend this spot. The were even days it was just amazing to chill and enjoy this beautiful apartment with its view of the ocean. I will be back, thank you Giuseppe!
