There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen,fully equipped with all high-quality utensils and main appliances. We highlight: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The twin beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, and have access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool, and a bathroom with a bath. The apartment has centralized air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free WI-FI Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Entering the apartment on the right is the main terrace, with a private pool - which can be used throughout the year (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sunbeds - a perfect place for a good swim, sunbathing and enjoy the view.

It is in the best place in Granada as it is located on Carrera del Darro called the most beautiful street in Granada. 18th century apartment, totally renovated, we want you to feel at home offering all luxury of details, terrace with unbeatable views of the Alhambra, forest of the Alhambra and Río Darro, has a living room-kitchen with work area, sofa and balcony with direct views of the Alhambra, the kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary kitchen to have a perfect stay, in it we can find the necessary condiments to cook, the practical and spacious master bedroom with working area, 140 x 200 double bed and a covered terrace overlooking the Alhambra and the Rio Darro, a juvenile bedroom with bunk beds 90 x 200. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs until you reach the first floor where the apartment is accessed. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.
