Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

It is close to the Kåge River, which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and grayling. There are many nice trails and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy the beautiful nature. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter med tv, matplats, kök (kokvrå), badrum och egen bastu. Räcker inte det så finns det en vedeldad bastu och utomhusdusch på gården som går att låna kostnadsfritt. Fina skogsstigar direkt från stugan tar dig längst älvkvanten till badplats, motionsspår, lekpark, fotbollsplan och tennisplan.

Kyl/Frys, Spis & Micro finns. Elljusspår med fina promenadstråk just utanför dörren. Stugan ligger inbäddad i skogen med bara 1 mil till Skellefteå centrum. Utedass. Det finns ingen dusch. Lokalbussen går just utanför.
