I had such a lovely stay at this serene apartment in Ikoyi! Tucked away in a quiet and secure neighbourhood, it was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Lagos. The space was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless — just like the photos. The host (a gem!) was so responsive and made everything really easy. I felt right at home. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Lagos. I will definitely be back!

Okechukwu,s place was great. I loved the location, security was tight and they were all very friendly, the location is super safe and secure, quick to get to a lot of places. WiFi was very important for me as I was working and it was great, there’s also constant electricity and AC. I really did feel like a home away from home! He was super responsive and the flat also comes with a house manager that is there to help whenever you need it, highly responsive and the cleaning was every few days. Thanks for a great stay - will be back.

Wow, wow and wow. Getting to the apartment was quite easy. From the gate, the security was really good as we were ushered into the compound. We were greeted by the manager (David) with a very warm welcome (haf a red carpet laid out for us at the aprlartment entrance). The 3 bedroom apartment was in stunning condition and well designed. The rooms were well set up with enquire bathrooms in each, all in fantastic condition and smelt really nice. The amenities were as listed in the description and everything worked really well. I must commend David for his excellent communications in ensuring our stay was enjoyable and satisfactory. This will be my new home away from home going forwards as the service and location were perfect for us. Huge thanks to the management for the hospitality shown to me and my family. Please keep up the good work and continue to make visitors feel as welcomed as we did. I would highly recommend 1219 homes to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos.

The place was safe and the on-site staff was helpful with everything. Communication was very amazing. Parking was very easy to figure out. I ran into some issue with the previous tenant not leaving but it was handled well and we were able to check in and our stay was uninterrupted

We recently spent a week at Lagoon Paradise and had a positive experience. Wale was a gracious host and Usman the onsite caretaker made us feel welcome. Wale was responsive and helpful in our communication leading up to and during our stay. He offered clear instructions for check-in and promptly addressed any questions or concerns. Wale also provided many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The property itself was clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The beds were cozy, and the living space was inviting. I would happily stay at Lagoon Paradise again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The home is exquisite and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very private and very secure - security code changes very frequently. It was my second visit back to Nigeria in 2 months, and i never felt safer. Power was 24/7. There's a washer/dryer - super convenient. We didnt take any dirty clothes back home. The property manager AY was very helpful and responsive. We arrived late for checkin and didn't have anything meals prepped, but she helped us get dinner and was very helpful throughout our stay. We had cleaning service everyday. They even had all our clothes ironed for our event day. Restaurants and attractions are a few minutes drive away. So you get the benefit of staying in a private secure estate with everything you need just minutes away. Definitely staying here again. I'm not sure i can stay anywhere else TBH. Its perfect!

Delia's place was very peaceful, clean, modern and tastefully finished. The surrounding were in a very secure Park view estate, a great location. There is a grocery store close to the estate gate, lots of restaurants 5-10 mins away, close to Lekki Phase one, Victoria Island, its right beside Banana Island. Its a great place for a work visit or a holiday. it's close to many high end-hotels if you want to have work meetings. Also a great place for families. it had a dedicated parking garage for my car. I would definitely book this again if I am in the area.

I and my family are returning guests! That’s how pleased we are with Mr. Eedris property, and overall services! We were able to host an event successfully! Mr. Eedris responded to all of our inquiries very quickly! In fact, almost immediately. He is flexible as we had a need to check in early and check out later, and he accommodated those needs! The location was very easy to locate for our guests! The amount we paid for the stay at Mr. Eedris’s property was absolutely worth it!!! We will be staying there again when we have a need for a place in the area! And, this property is very highly recommended! We had a very successful event at this property! If you're seeking a home away from home, this is the place for you. Our check-in process was seamless, and Pascal, our attendant, was always available to assist with anything we needed. The air conditioning and electricity were reliable 24/7. My husband, who loves a cool environment, even found himself turning off the AC because it was so efficient. Power outages, were brief as the generator promptly kicked in, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The security and staff were both friendly and helpful. Conveniently, there's a grocery store within walking distance where you can find anything you might need. Our host, Ngozi even stopped by to ensure we had a pleasant stay, offering us a late check-out to accommodate our late flight, which was greatly appreciated. I plan to stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to Ngozi and Pascal for making our stay memorable.

I really loved staying at this cosy little studio apartment. It was a studio space but very nicely laid out. Had all the necessary amenities and the host was very warm and responsive. I loved my stay here and will definitely recommend.

We can’t brag about this place enough! Gbolahan’s place is immaculate. From the time we arrived we were greeted with Nigerian Welcoming vibes. Mr. Tumi was available to answer questions and was very responsive to our questions and needs for assistance. The security staff was also amazing! There is also a few nice lounges nearby, Our favorite is in walking distance…like 50-80 steps away! If we could give this place a 20/20 we would! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Smith's. He was very responsive, polite and helpful throughout our stay. His place looks exactly like in the photos and felt like home. The manager and cleaners were also extremely helpful providing us with everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. I recommend Smith's place a 100%. Will stay there again when next I visit Lagos with a group.
