Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Our family home is a generous loft style house hidden in a classic barn nested in Burgundy. The space is open and light, with original perspectives created from natural wood, glass and local stones. Renovated with a special care for comfort over the past 20 years, the house expresses origins and originality. It welcomes families, couples or friends wishing to relax, get inspiration or work in a calm setting.

Maison Coq – Le Pinot Noir

La Maison Coq is located in the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois. In addition to the owners' home, it has another independent home (the Petit Poulailler). The Pinot Noir, a three-room apartment of 55 m² on the ground floor, is the most unusual of them. Each room has a shower and sink. I am happy to welcome you to La Maison d'à Côté. This is an 18th century house whose restoration was completed in December 2021. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, decorated in soft, muted colors that can accommodate up to two people. Guests can enjoy many activities such as museums, towns and villages of character or unique places around this place.

Gatehouse

This five-room cottage, renovated with quality materials, offers you a warm and cozy atmosphere. Enjoy its equipped terrace for convivial moments around a barbecue. Ideally located near the train station of Venarey-les-Laumes, shops and historical sites, it immerses you in a unique setting, a stone's throw from an old railway track, perfect for a peaceful stay.
