Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

I offer you a 38 m2 studio, comfortable and cozy, completely renovated, well equipped, with quality bedding. It is located on the ground floor of an old building, with views of the collegiate church and inner courtyard. Its central location allows you to enjoy this pretty medieval town on foot. I am happy to welcome you to La Maison d'à Côté. This is an 18th century house whose restoration was completed in December 2021. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, decorated in soft, muted colors that can accommodate up to two people. Guests can enjoy many activities such as museums, towns and villages of character or unique places around this place.

Gatehouse

This five-room cottage, renovated with quality materials, offers you a warm and cozy atmosphere. Enjoy its equipped terrace for convivial moments around a barbecue. Ideally located near the train station of Venarey-les-Laumes, shops and historical sites, it immerses you in a unique setting, a stone's throw from an old railway track, perfect for a peaceful stay.
