Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

La Maison Coq is located in the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois. In addition to the owners' home, it has another independent home (the Petit Poulailler). The Pinot Noir, a three-room apartment of 55 m² on the ground floor, is the most unusual of them. Each room has a shower and sink. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, decorated in soft, muted colors that can accommodate up to two people. Guests can enjoy many activities such as museums, towns and villages of character or unique places around this place.

This five-room cottage, renovated with quality materials, offers you a warm and cozy atmosphere. Enjoy its equipped terrace for convivial moments around a barbecue.
