Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

La Casa du Vau, a small cozy nest that opens onto a shaded garden just across from a stream where you can enjoy a very relaxing and soothing environment. It has an equipped kitchen area, a double bed and TV. A bathroom consisting of a shower and toilet A small terrace with a lounge and a landscaped green space that will allow you to enjoy a good relaxing time. The warmth of the Finnish-style Nordic bath will bring you a physical and mental well-being.

An extremely comfortable, well equipped and tastefully furnished farmhouse with two large en-suite bedrooms (one of which is downstairs), a lovely garden to relax in and plenty of off road parking in the courtyard. Central heating throughout plus an open fireplace with an abundant supply of logs. The British owners live next door having enjoyed the fresh air, peace and lack of light pollution at night for over 20 years - need we say more!

'La Lochère' is elevated on a quiet street and a five-minute walk to the Burgundy Canal. Surrounded by a 1100 m2 garden, the cottage offers two bedrooms with two large beds (one of which can be converted into two single beds), a bathroom, a large living room with TV and radio, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the large garden. Intimacy awaits you in this red wine-colored building.

I am happy to welcome you to La Maison d'à Côté. This is an 18th century house whose restoration was completed in December 2021. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, decorated in soft, muted colors that can accommodate up to two people. Guests can enjoy many activities such as museums, towns and villages of character or unique places around this place.

In a charming hamlet, close to the castle listed as a historic monument and its gardens, surrounded by rich historical heritage with the site of Alesia and its Museoparc, castles and abbeys, as well as the medieval village of Flavigny (6 km away). Easy access gîte (highway 24 km away, train station 6 km away and TGV station 25 km away)

Secluded cottage on a river below a medieval town

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
