Great location in the center of Curitiba with 24-hour concierge and electronic lock with password, simple and discreet access, 2 blocks from the bus station and municipal market, close to UTFPR, Guaira theater, XV promenade, Guadalupe terminal, Couto Pereira stadium, goocoffe, bakery, markets, restaurants, Osório squares, tiradentes among many others and tourist centers, all within walking distance, the place does not have parking, but it has 3 private parking lots next door.
