On the ground floor is the living room-kitchen, spacious and very bright (large window). The sofa, Italian opening, turns into a double bed (1.40 m). There is also a large bathroom, with shower, equipped with everything you need: hairdryer, gel, shampoo, mask. Through an open staircase, the main bedroom is accessed, very spacious, equipped with wardrobe, mesillas, main bed of 1.50 m and small bed of 1.05 m. The views are on the street. Housing in two heights, beautiful, with a lot of charm and very well located.

Beautiful penthouse with a parking space in the heart of Casco Vello, a few minutes walk from the cathedral, Plaza Maior and Las Burgas. Very bright. Its high ceilings and materials, such as wood, give it great warmth to relax after walking around the city. You can enjoy views of the Cathedral. It has two bedrooms with double beds and the possibility of placing a travel crib if you request it. It's a very quiet community, no parties or disturbing noises after 11pm.
