Donna’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautifully remodeled, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed—and more. We came to visit family and it truly felt like a home away from home. We plan to stay here every time we visit moving forward. Highly recommend!

A great place to spend some time with family and friends and also for the couples for a romantic getaway. Loved staying at their place, and one of the most beautiful and coziest airbnb we encountered so far. The house surrounded by nature is a dream for a city people like us! We had a great time. Wonderful place to stay in Angelica; nice little town, great antique shops, and nice farmers market on Saturdays in the summer. The apartment has plenty of room, comfortable furnishings, all the necessities, we felt very safe during our visits. This was our 2nd time staying at Sally and Bill's apartment and we look forward to our next stay.

We stayed at this property while in town for a family get together. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and was spotless. Jeff put a lot of thought into amenities and furnishings to make you feel like you were at your own home. And the eggs, bread, snacks, and coffee pods were such a nice touch. We were missing the Keurig upon arrival and when we asked, he replied right away that he was descaling it and he dropped it back within the hour along with more eggs and bread. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay at Ruby’s! I was in town for an alumni fundraiser and the apartment was a minute away from where I was going to be! The apartment was clean and had spare blankets and pillows. Would definitely love to be able to stay here again :)

Lauren’s apartment was perfect for an overnight trip. Great location for the purposes of my being in town. Cozy and comfortable. I loved the eclectic touches in every room. I will definitely rent again.

Such a great spot in town. My family and I got stuck in the area due to a snowstorm and we needed a place to stay last minute. Holly's place was perfect for our snowy night in.

Second time staying at Jeff’s place in Wellsville. Perfect as always. This time we utilized both the upstairs and downstairs to accommodate all our family. We were in town for Alfred’s graduation. Jeff let us do pics in the yard on graduation morning. Very friendly and his places are spotless and comfortable!

Everything you'd expect and more. I'm looking forward to staying here again on future trips to the Southern Tier of New York State.
