Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Welcome to the No. 8 Schoolhouse! This converted school was originally built by artist, Ronald Garrett as an artist retreat. 2024 brought many changes to the Schoolhouse retreat. Owners, Michael and Christina decided the Schoolhouse deserved a revamp. And revamp they did! They remodeled top to bottom while also redesigning to give their guests a funky experience! It's one of a kind. You'll never see another like it!
