The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Centrally located, entire home. Spacious fully equipped home within minutes of downtown. Sits on a street that takes you right to west central Fort Wayne, or head to the park for a nice getaway. Minutes to downtown and baseball stadium. Also centrally located within 10-15 of Lutheran and Parkview hospitals. Third bedroom is upstairs and not central air but has a window unit and requires access through steep stairs. Washer dryer in basement. Nice beautiful street of historical homes.

It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
