Telfs offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a climbing hall, a year-round ice rink, proximity to ski and cross-country ski resorts (Seefeld, Leutasch), shopping and access to the Mieminger Boden, a hiking paradise. The house is located in a side street about 3 minutes from the bus stop, shopping and hiking trails and is fully equipped for max. 10 people (+2 toddlers). Parking spaces. WLAN. Pets are welcome against extra costs! The landlords live in the adjoining house and are happy to provide information about excursions.

Große Frieda30: The semi-detached house in the Straßberg district has lots of charm and atmosphere. Not everything is perfect ,but it's really cozy! We have from scratch renovated with a lot of comfort and to feel comfortable. The biggest plus is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland) You can use the huge garden to relax! Extensive walks in the forest (Western Forests Nature Park)are already possible from the house. Welcome!

The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport in the immediate vicinity. Alexa app is an advantage. The house is offered as a total accommodation. This means that I am not present in person when renting.
