The biggest plus is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland) You can use the huge garden to relax! Extensive walks in the forest (Western Forests Nature Park)are already possible from the house. Welcome!

The swimming and sauna park Wonnemar is next door in walking distance, about 200 m away. The center and the pedestrian zone of Sonthofen are also within walking distance, about 700 m away. Parking is right outside the door.
