Very well centered in town in a nice neighborhood. 5-10 min drive from multiple beautiful beaches ,movie theater, local night life, fast food and grocery stores. Master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom connected to multifunctional space that has an additional bed / couch and functions as dining room and living room, lanai also.. One burner electric stove, Microwave, toaster oven, air fryer and regular coffee machine. Parking for one vehicle. Seperate rear entry. TV Wifi Netflix

Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden in a quiet neighborhood where you can't tell if it is a weekend or a weekday. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are amazingly comfortable, the reclining couch and loveseat are great for relaxing. Everything you need for the beach is included in the rental. The private fenced in backyard allows you monitor your pet while enjoying a cup of coffee. Enjoy a guest Netflix account and high-speed internet from XFINITY all included in the rental.

Sonia and Daniel’s place was a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable and the home was extremely clean. We enjoyed the back screened porch every morning. Highly recommend and would love to stay again when we return. Thank you Daniel and Sonia!

My wife and I stayed at the house for five weeks. The house was top notch, was spotless, and everything we needed was readily available. Our host Marek was always available and responded immediately to our questions. The area is centrally located and is convenient to restaurants, stores, parks and beaches. We will surely be coming back for future visits.

What a gem! This place was everything we needed and more for our little family to enjoy the Venice weather and beaches for five days. Ruta was extremely kind and proactive, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The fenced-in backyard and child-friendly touches were so helpful with our 3 year old. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of storage. The screened-in lanai was lovely as well! We would definitely stay again.

Me and my family rented last minute for Memorial Day weekend and honestly this was the best vacation home we’ve been to in a while the host Jaime was amazing always super attentive and never too too long with responding any of my questions. The home is absolutely beautiful made us feel right at home. Me and my family really enjoyed the long weekend all together would definitely stay here again. 10/10 amazing
