Holiday rentals with a patio in Almagro

This is the second time staying in place. The location is great and the dpto is super well equipped.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

I felt very comfortable, like at home. It's close to everything, Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, Obelisco, etc. The building is new and the apartment is luxurious.

Very nice dpto. Everything was impeccable. It's over Avenida Corrientes, which is a huge plus for accessing cinemas, theaters, restaurants, all for entertainment. On the other hand the dpto is very quiet and quiet which allows a good rest. Very friendly the manager of the Miguel building.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Alan's Airbnb experience was very good. The apartment is nice, spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped and everything works according to the description. The jacuzzi is very good. Alan responded quickly and effectively to any questions or concerns.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is of a unique kindness...he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed. We had a great time!!!!!
