This place was fantastic! It's way better than the pictures. We were really impressed. The apartment was super clean and very spacious, it comes with air con and secure electronic gated parking. Everything was great and we loved our week-long stay. The host, Sol, was very friendly and welcoming, she replied to all our messages instantly and helped with everything we needed. We were impressed with how helpful and kind she was. The apartment is down a nice and quiet street and less than one minute walk away you have an amazing coffee shop cafe with incredible cakes. It's close to a supermarket and shopping mall, but if you're staying here you'll want your own transport to get around. Overall, excellent accommodation, excellent host and we highly recommend it! located in a quiet area a few blocks from two very important clubs, quiet area, the apartment is very clean, tidy, easy to access and has an elevator. I was comfortable, safe, which is what I'm looking for. Everything that was offered was fulfilled. Thank you

The apartment is just like the photos, super complete and clean! We arrived around 8 pm and Rafaela was waiting for us to greet us, very attentive and kind. I recommend it!!!

Beautiful and very clean apartment in Canning. Very private and with security all around the complex. Sole and Fede were great hosts. We had a splendid stay and made wonderful friends! We will definitely return and recommend Sole’s apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the area. I look forward to our return in the future! ☺️

Stay was perfect close to family for visit

We were a group of 3 and absolutely loved our stay! The mattress was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The house and front yard were refreshing, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The BBQ area was fantastic! we had a great time grilling and eating at the outdoor eating area. German was an amazing host, providing excellent suggestions for all the places we wanted to visit. The private parking was a big plus, making it easy to come and go. The location is super convenient, superstore is just a 3 min walk away, and essential shops like a pharmacy, butcher, and vegetable are all within a 2-5 min drive. The shower was amazing!!! perfect water pressure and temperature We also really appreciated the extended checkout at 4PM, which gave us extra time to pack before heading out. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A special touch was the welcome snack pack German left for us! we enjoyed it so much!

It is located in an area with a lot of movement during the morning and then very quiet afternoon and evening. Food places, bars and restaurants 200 meters away on Avenida Patricios or a few blocks away in the gastronomic area of Barracas on Ave. Montes d Oca. 10 min. by Uber from cultural centers and tourist areas such as San Telmo and Puerto Madero. The host is always very attentive to changing the linens and cleaning the apartment. The dimensions are small but it is very comfortable, a super nice private balcony and large terrace with access by stairs all day long. Highly recommended for both Argentines and foreigners.
