House holiday rentals in Almodôvar

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the gardens are out of this world! Brilliant location for families as it’s really quiet but within walking distance to the town. The house is so clean - everything was spotless.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bike ride! Definitely recommend that. The house is great and the garden is beautiful! The plunge pool was perfect for the hot days! I would 100% recommend this place :)

Fantastic place! Ricardo and Priscilla were super helpful and always responded in a timely manner. They were very flexible with us which was very much appreciated. When in Portugal, I would love to come again!

Our stay at this fully equipped Oceanview Villa in Albufeira was absolutely phenomenal! It is a true gem, perfectly situated just a short walk from the Albufeira Old Town. The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony and rooftop terrace were a highlight, making every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The pool was pristine and inviting, ideal for relaxing after exploring the beaches all day and the charming streets of Old Town. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, stylish decor and cozy vibe. The host was incredibly responsive, offering local recommendations and ensuring a seamless check-in. Perfectly located for both beach access and exploring the Algarve, this villa is a dream for couples or families. I can’t recommend it enough, we are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a pleasant stay, the place is quiet, the house and these outbuildings are great and very well equipped, it's simple, nothing is missing. I also wanted to thank Sergio and Vincent for their kindness and responsiveness. We will definitely come back.

John & Angie are very friendly hosts. We were pleased with the extensive welcome package with food and even tasty beers. The location is very nice; we had our own place with various lovely loungers and seats. There is also ample parking on private, enclosed grounds. The house was complete with a great sofa and a lovely bed and Netflix and YouTube for relaxation. We were also happy with the regular greeting by their dog Rio (since we also have a dog). In short: we had a wonderful time!!

Our stay was simply wonderful - we lacked nothing! The communication with Peter was excellent, he was always available, helped us with all questions and gave great tips for the area. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - everything you need is available. We especially liked the large garden, which offers a lot of privacy, as well as the pool, which is perfect for cooling off. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back! Everything was perfect and according to the description.

Uta's place is magical. Set up high, it overlooks a small village to the south and the sprawling sera to the north. The surroundings are peaceful, away from the tourist bustle of coast. The casa itself is beautifully appointed. All of the practical things are just as they should be (great dinnerware; comfy beds; plenty of sitting areas) and, beyond this, the place is aesthetically joyous. Plenty of art and other thoughtful touches, carefully curated, that make it so inviting. Surrounding the casa are small pathways walled with verdant plant life. The whole place is clearly a labour of love. Uta is a responsive and thoughtful host. We liked it here so much we immediately booked for a longer stay next year. One of the very best places we've ever found on Airbnb.

Fantastic, a lovingly decorated house full of details, a super clean and pleasant space where tranquility reigns, fantastic for a family with the opportunity for thousands of dives 🥰 in an attached outdoor area, super for spending the day in the sun😎. We had a great holiday at Miguel in Silves and the kids loved it! The house has plenty of space (we were 5), was very clean and bright and has amazing views. You can walk around the old city from the house. Very nice coffees for breakfast and restaurants for dinner. There are plenty of activities for kids around. Miguel answered to our questions always very quickly and shared recommendations with us. Also very lucky with the weather, the beaches were wonderful and we could enjoy some time in the swimming pool. We will definitely come back! Thanks Miguel!

The accommodation and entire outdoor area is really very nice and extremely well maintained. We enjoyed the time at the pool and the view very much. In addition, the accommodation is very well equipped and offers everything you need. We got a baby bed and high chair for our daughter. The distance to the accommodation is not to be underestimated and you definitely need a rental car. The accommodation is just right if you want to spend a few nice relaxed days 🙂

Great location, beautiful property and lots of space!

Henrique's house is fantastic. A sparkling clean, cozy and very spacious accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. Fully equipped with everything you need. A wonderful place for relaxation and at the same time a good starting point for excursions to Faro, Tavira, Loulé. Henrique is very helpful, friendly and always approachable. Very pleasant and uncomplicated communication, also with his father, who also speaks French. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Small, fully-equipped rural house. The furniture remains basic. Very quiet and slightly isolated place, far from mass tourism. But interesting sites are still accessible by car. The cottage is a little dark, which allows you to stay cool in summer. Jorge is a very friendly, welcoming and available host. He speaks good French. He offers many activities in the surrounding area. We were able to charge our electric car.

No review anyone could write could sum up why YOU needed to book this beautiful villa for your holiday. As we know, sometimes it’s also people that make the place. We can conclude that not only the villa was exactly what we needed but the welcome and nano second communication via text made us feel like we just knew this couple love making peoples experiences the best. The views from the terrace where we sat in the morning with our breakfast were stunning and in the evening we sat in the garden watching the sunset . Very easy to get to supermarket and a few restaurants. Absolutely loved this place.

We had a great time in Derek's beautiful house! If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy Portuguese life, you have come to the right place. The house is beautifully renovated, cozily furnished, superbly equipped and was absolutely clean. It is also special that we found water, wine, coffee, fruit, shower bath and much more already in the house. Derek welcomed us very kindly, was always available and took care of everything. The terrace with the hot tub is a dream and the location of the house in the small, beautiful Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo is also great. From here you can quickly reach Tavira, Olhão, Fuseta or Faro and the beaches of the Sandalgarve. Thanks for the great time, Derek! We felt very comfortable :)

Actually, so much has already been written about this great Airbnb. We agree with ALL positive reviews. If you are planning an individual holiday in the Algarve, you should book here. It was fantastic. Our life in the almost 2 weeks took place mostly outside. It is so nice to enjoy the first coffee/tea on the roof terrace in the morning or wine in the evening. Our 2nd favorite place was the courtyard with kitchen counter. We loved having breakfast here and enjoying the affogato in between. We had planned not to cook. However, it was so much fun in this well-equipped kitchen. So, there were small dishes or salads in the evening. Restaurants, the small market hall, the local grocery stores and 2 discount stores are within walking distance. We liked Silves very much.
