The apartment was ideal for our first holiday with our golden retriever. The beach was close by, the garden was ideal for our dog. Both owners super friendly and had lots of knowledge to give us about the local area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Linh's flat. It was very comfortable and clean with a nice squidgy sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Just one little note: we did find the bed a bit small. We felt that a king-size bed would have been more comfortable and the bedroom was certainly big enough to accommodate a larger bed.

This is one of the better Airbnb accommodations we've stayed at. Karen has thought of everything, from a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and cleaning, to entertainment options like DVDs and games. The thoughtful touches include torches, umbrellas, and a dog box complete with a towel, bowls, and a spare ball. The guidebooks Karen has put together are among the most detailed I've seen. Although parking isn't directly outside the property, we didn't encounter any issues parking just outside the lane, and it's only a two-second walk away. The accommodation is clean, lovely decorated, and truly feels like a home from home. One minor note: if you're sensitive to light, consider bringing an eye mask for sleeping. The charming town has all the essentials, including pubs, cafes, bakeries, chemists, and vets. Its location is ideal for exploration. We would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The apartment is exceptional! Everything is of a high quality and Sonia has thought of everything. The communication and information pack, before our stay was very comprehensive and useful. The apartment is a wonderful, peaceful space and the views are incredible. We loved watching the seabirds. Seahouses is a very special place and we hope to return to The Lookout. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for the delicious handmade biscuits and cava. xx

Fantastic stay, perfect location for exploring Alnwick and surrounding areas. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Loved the view of the castle. The pictures really do not do Nigel's place justice, the kitchen is modern and fully kitted out, the lounge is large but comfortable, the bed is very comfortable and the underfloor heating in the lovely bathroom was an added bonus.

I’ve not had an experience on Airbnb like this before where the host treats you like family/friends rather than paying guests Colyn offered to give us a lift to the wedding venue (reason we came to visit) and refused to take any money. He also helped with a return journey given the lack of faith in Uber No issue with early checkin or late checkout given no other guests at that time Amazing place, so comfortable and every detail has been thought out.

We spent a wonderful 6 days in Blue Dolphins. The accommodation was lovely - comfortable and very warm! The conservatory caught all the sun & had an outlook over a pretty garden & we enjoyed sitting & watching the visitors pass by. There was everything we needed in the house - including great internet. Would love to return!

a nice and simple place. Didn't have to worry about everything as majority of necessities were provided. Saif, was very responsive and answered my questions before and during my stay. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great long weekend. The apartment was in a quiet location with an easy walk down little traffic free lanes to the town, bus station and supermarket. It was a pleasant walk to the beautiful Alnwick Gardens and the great bookshop. Thank you

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Lovely compact place with everything we needed. Beautifully clean. Lots of little nice touches. 10 minute walk from the local pub. 10 minute drive to the Sycamore Gap car park. Recommend the twice Brewed pub and brewery :)

Booked as I was working in the area and bored of hotels. It made a few days working away bearable. The apartment was exactly as described, immaculately clean and modern. Once inside it's really private no noise, and very calm decor. Kathryn was really responsive and keen to ensure I was comfortable and all needs met. Will definitely be booking again when staying in the North East for work, a lovely home away from home.

Fintan's place is located in the attractive village of Ovingham and is very convenient for accessing places along the Tyne Valley as well as Hadrian's Wall. The bed and shower were both great and all essential needs are provided for.

Alex and James sent a comprehensive list with everything we needed to know. The directions were perfect and we quickly settled into their homely flat. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending in this beautiful village. Everything was clean and well presented. All the breakfast items were an added bonus, thank you both so much! The flat is located above a small supermarket which was ideal and the famous book shop right next door too. Everyone in the village was so friendly, we loved the location and would definitely recommend Alex and James as hosts.

This was my first stay at Roker apartments and it mot disappoint! It was spotless, we were well informed every step of the way, Ivan is a fantastic host and nothing is too trouble, I really hope this apartment is available on my next trip to roker!

This is a jewel in Berwick Upon Tweed! We loved it! Location is great, close to restaurants and cafes, a nice stroll to the beach. Margaret and Derek are on every detail, we appreciate these small treats/gifts that made our stay a wonderful experience. We had a rainy afternoon and there were plenty of table games to entertain ourselves in the flat. We decided at the last minute to go to Holy Island and the hosts gave us suggestions on how to get there (without a car) and what to do there. I highly recommend this place that will make your trip to Berwick a lovely adventure! Thanks Margaret & Derek

We have just returned from a lovely week staying in the flat at Beadnell. The flat was modern, spacious and comfortable. It had every thing you might need for great time away. The flat has a lovely view of the sea and was very well placed to make a good location for visiting the area. There was lots of helpful information to make the most of the locality.

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

Great cottage in a lovely location. Close to lovely coastal walks, river and castles. There are some wonderful pubs and restaurants close at hand including The Masons arms, The Hermitage and Sun Inn. Bertrams bistro and cafe is outstanding. Owners very responsive to questions.

This is a luxury apartment in a great central location with a stunning view. Angus and Claire meet and greet you which is a lovely personal touch and they are a font of knowledge for the area. The apartment was sparklingly clean and the size of the living space exceeded expectations! It is a peaceful spot but a walk into town or to the beach is an easy 15 minutes. It has the best of everything and we extended our stay we loved it so much!
