Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

An almost energy carpeted farmhouse, built from the wood from our woods. New design that's inhaled old. Local craftsmanship and beloved pieces of furniture. Clay that breathes. Wood allowed to age. Outside, laid in terraces, vegetables and grain grow, animals graze in the pastures. In addition to the 5 apartments, guests have access to a large common room with an old farmhouse parlour, tables and lounge furniture, as well as a sauna and a wooden barbecue.

City vacation in the middle of vineyards at the Erbacherhof in Bolzano. The cozy, bright apartment "Renates Gründer Suite" (65.5 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a private Finnish sauna, a sofa bed, a terrace, toilet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
