This 62 m2 house is located in the heart of the village of Sainte Croix and has the most beautiful view of the lake and mountains in the region. In the beautiful season, which is long in Provence, you can have all your meals in the garden under the pergola, or rest in deckchairs while admiring the lake which is just below your house. You may not move your car for your entire stay, lake, supermarket, restaurants, are all within walking distance in 5'.

Close to the village and in a very quiet residential area, the accommodation is located in a fenced and wooded family villa. You will park in a private and enclosed parking lot reserved for you. As soon as you enter the property, the magic should work: you will access the apartment with an area of approximately 45 m² through an independent entrance overlooking a garden planted with oleanders that characterize our beautiful region.

Wonderful view of Lake Ste Croix

This large studio, its private terrace and its adjoining wooded and quiet land offer you a superb view of the lake with changing colors and the pretty village of Bauduen, less than 2 km away. (Nice little restaurants!). It's a 5-minute walk to the lake, small forests and close to many trails. This bright 38 m2 studio (5 windows!) is located on a small green hill, accessible by a staircase next to my house. Pets are welcome.
