Enjoyed our second stay at this apartment. it is very convenient to public transport and plenty of good options for eating out. a great spot.

Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Second time booking here and it was fantastic. Exactly as described, clean, comfy bed, great size and awesome balcony. Melina and Martin are friendly and accommodating hosts, even leaving a few basic necessities in the kitchen cupboards. Clifton Hill is peaceful, quiet and accessible to the city via express train in less than 10 minutes. Everything you need in this great place. Will stay again.

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

Thanks again Stephanie - the apartment was perfect for us, a great location for walking and exploring - we walked to and From the CBD many times and so easy to walk to Swan and Bridge st. Love the apartment style as well. Will recommend to others traveling from Perth. Well done !

I had a wonderful time at this apartment - the location was perfect for my clinical placements and walking distance to Heidelberg station plus some stores/cafes. Irina was a great host! :) definitely recommend this stay

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Ange's place, the apartment is spacious, well furnished, and located conveniently close to shops, freeways and the CBD. Would definitely recommend this apartment 10/10

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.
