Family-friendly holiday rentals in Alpine

I felt home at once in this beautifully furnished place. Antony was friendly and welcoming, and I could not have been more comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and was not noisy, and I found everything I needed within a short walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and although 6 stars is not a rating, I was more comfortable here than at many other places I have rated with a 5. I recommend it without reservation.

Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

Paula was an exceptional host! She was always quick to respond and answered my many questions, before and during our stay. The house was fantastic for entertaining. It’s spacious and we loved the art! We would have loved to enjoy the beautiful decks, but it rained during most of our visit. We made a fire instead! The house has Sonas and we loved having music. The large windows are great and so were all the views. It made me feel like I was in a treehouse! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

Perfect location right next to the mountain. You could tell Kristof put a lot of thought into the unit. Room was clean with all the amenities you need (and some more in case you forget). He was super responsive no matter what time of day. Check in / out was seamless and private parking in the hotel was vital. Will DEFINITELY stay here again if we come back to the mountain!!

My fiancé and I stayed at Lambs hill to celebrate our anniversary. We had the most wonderful time. The views are breathtaking. The wrap around deck with jacuzzi and hammock made our stay calming and serene. I loved seeing the horses and donkeys throughout the day. They made the experience even more special and unique. Charlotte was super responsive and accommodating. We took cabs to Main Street at night for dinner and drinks and it was so close and convenient. I left my heart in lambs hill and can’t wait to return one day.

Paul’s condo was PERFECT for our family of 4. The condo is in pristine condition. Highlights include beautiful balcony over the view with a surrounding view, HUGE bathroom and very comfortable king bed. The amenities also made the stay tip-notch, including very large pool, hot tub, outdoor play areas and pool/games downstairs. The building was well-kept as a resort. Highly recommend: 10/10!

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay and we would go back in a heartbeat! The animals were a big hit with our kids, we loved feeing and petting them, such a cool experience for all of us! The play-set in the side yard was also so wonderful to have! The home was comfortable and felt super peaceful after a big day of travel! Jacquelyn was very quick to respond even before our stay when I was curious about a pack and play for our youngest and an extended check out time since we had a late night flight home! Sitting on the front porch with coffee, while the kids greeted the animals and the birds chirped was the best way to start everyday! The beds were cozy, the home was clean and spacious, such a perfect spot! Thanks for having us!

We were stunned by how magical this place was with all it's uniqueness of historic house. Spotless clean, spacious, very friendly owners. Our kids loved running around the back yard and playing board games that were provided. We would definitely come back, the only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay for longer, the area is very picturesque. many thanks!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um nach einem Besuch in NY und ohne großen Aufwand noch ein paar Tage am Strand zu verbringen. Der Ort hat ausreichende Möglichkeiten, um sich zu verpflegen, hat uns insgesamt aber nicht gefallen und war uns etwas zu spießig. Jennifer ist hingegen äußerst freundlich und offen.

We loved staying here, and our son loved visiting the horses, and the chickens in the barn. And we saw wild turkeys and deer roaming the property. And it was great to see the horses run on our way out! There are also lots of little streams and tiny waterfalls we enjoyed checking out. And the farm fresh eggs were a lovely and much appreciate bonus!

Bobby was great! Very friendly and responsive. He lives downstairs so that was nice to know that he was there if we needed anything. The location was great. Very close to the beach & boardwalk which were both very clean and felt safe. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is a large flight of stairs to climb when you get into the unit, which was fine for us but would be difficult for anyone with a stroller or physical disability. We would definitely stay again though and had a great time. Thank you, Bobby!

Great place to stay, conveniently located with a bus stop outside and a 15 minute walk to the subway failing that. We used it as a base for Manhattan exploring and it was ideal, though a little far to be coming back and forth within the day.

The home had so much room which was great since we were 6 adults and 4 children. We were able to spend time together yet had spots for some quiet time. The backyard was wonderful for the children and the playroom was a life saver on a rainy day. The house is very close to activities in Stamford and Norwalk which we took advantage of each day.

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

Rob’s place is very comfy with all the little things you could wish for. He even left snacks. The downstairs apartment is very private. His description was very accurate, with a mild smell of mold that clear out after starting the AC and air filter. I’m allergic to mold and had no problems. I would gladly stay again.

Martha and her husband, Mike were wonderful. Check in was easy. The space is beautiful and clean. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Mike gave wonderful directions to where our event was and local stores and eateries. Martha recommended a fabulous Italian restaurant nearby. The area is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book here again.

Second time staying at the cottage. Very cozy, felt right at home for me and my daughter. Micaela is truly a 10/10! So inviting, attention to details, very flexible and accommodating. Looking forward to another visit.

Claudine’s place was great for a quick get away from the city. The place was cozy and spacious at the same time. The pool, hot tub and labyrinth have the property that extra special touch. Claudine herself was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

This place feels like home, the apartment was in pristine condition. There was an issue with the A/C and the staff fixed it immediately. Highly recommended for short or long stays. The WiFi was excellent and office facilities for work calls etc were world class. Very happy with the stay!

Beautiful area. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and enjoyable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Really enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Our host was friendly and helpful with area attractions and places to eat. Would rent again.

It was comfortable, very roomy, and cozy. There was good shared space and good privacy. The grounds were lovely, there was a great pool, and it was very convenient to so many good things to do in the area. It's one of our favorite rentals to date!
