Chalet holiday rentals in Alps

We had a very nice week at Betty's house. The view from the terrace is phenomenal! The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything. There were more than enough towels available. We can imagine coming back again. It is certainly charming in all seasons!🤩

We had a great weekend in Céline and Mickael's little chalet! Everything was perfect: flexible arrival, very well-equipped cottage, warm hosts, peaceful setting and magnificent view, prime location for discovering the region… we couldn't have dreamed better for our stay! Thank you :)

Super cosy place, the view is absolutely amazing ! Everything was there to prepare our morning drinks. We enjoyed snacking on the terrace and bathing in the sun :)

After you hike the small path trough the woods you get rewarded :-). Its about 30 min hike, so take all your things you need for couple of days. The place and view is unique, you will enjoy nature and mountain vibes at its purist. Enjoy day-hiking further up he mountains and you will be in the park. Host are very helpful and polite, we had some challenges ourselves but hosts super responsive. The hut is basic but nice and very functional, al works wel! Event making hot water with fire is easy to accomplish. So its an experience you won't forget. go for it

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in the right place. The chalet is in a peaceful and quiet environment surrounded by nature. The place is decorated with a lot of love for detail and it lacks nothing. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Communication with Markus also went smoothly. He was always available for questions and recommendations

Maya’s place was our idea of a getaway. You get to connect with the nature and get to experience a bit of the life of the locals. Maya was a super super host; we felt welcomed and right at home. Our weekend stay at the Alpen Chalet was simply fantastic. The location in the middle of the mountains offered a breathtaking view and absolute peace - perfect for switching off. The chalet itself was lovingly furnished, cozy and at the same time high-quality and can be reached in a few minutes via a private forest road. Overall, a perfect starting point for hikes. A big praise goes to our hostess Maria – she was always friendly, attentive and helpful. From straightforward communication to valuable information. She has made a great effort to make us feel completely comfortable. An all-round relaxing experience - we will definitely come back!

Our stay at the landscape lodge was better than we could have imagined it! The scenery was breathtaking, the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and it was even more conveniently located than we’d anticipated! Abondance was a very short drive (or even walk!) away from the chalet, as were many other wonderful towns. Fran was an incredible host, providing clear instructions for all of the facilities and plenty of local recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book this place! It will be the best thing you do for your trip. Thank you a ton, Fran!! :)

Very nice chalet that exactly matches the pictures. The hosts are very nice and did the check-in in person. The furnishings are very extensive, especially in the kitchen, but also in terms of high chairs and beds. The location is good overall, but a car is almost mandatory. You usually look into the greenery and see the mountains, but you can also hear the noise of the highway. There are very few points of criticism, but two that you should know: There are a lot of ants and flies in the house, probably due to a lack of sealing. In addition, there is no shading in the living area, which means that even at outside temperatures of only 20 degrees, the temperature in the living room can very quickly reach around 30 degrees (due to the many windows). It is somewhat unclear how this can be handled in the summer, probably hardly feasible without air conditioning. Overall, however, we were very satisfied, the price/performance ratio is right.

Everything was perfect. The place was extremely remarkably clean, the rooms in very good condition, the living room beautiful and the kitchen very well equipped. We really had a great time!

Lovely house, Great kitchen with lovely views of the garden. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lounge with log fire. Sauna on the 1st floor was fantastic after a hard skiing. Bedrooms in the lower ground weren't as nice but still ok if you are a large group and need the space. Location is good but you need a car. Overall lovely property and helpful host. Thanks

The place is lovely! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only point that irritated us a bit was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 4 PM.. although we were only able to arrive later due to work, but checking out at 10 AM is quite sporty.. We didn't really have this on our radar and overslept, so I contacted the host and explained that we overslept and would only check out around 10:30 AM. At 10:25 AM a man knocks and without further words he goes into the chalet to clean the hot tub. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, this got lost with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

The location is breathtaking, nestled right by Lake Brienz with picture-perfect views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The home itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From thoughtful touches like local tips and a warm welcome to accommodating our needs with such care, they truly elevated our experience. The highlight was the incredible boat ride they arranged on the lake—gliding across the turquoise waters surrounded by mountains was a memory we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—thank you for an extraordinary stay!

Had a great visit! The accommodation is as described, clean, well decorated and equipped. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal for relaxing and recharging. I highly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises!

We had a great time at Bénédicte and Fabrice's. The place matches the photos in every way, impeccable cleanliness and super charming. The place is peaceful and the view of the mountains is ideal! Our hosts were very hospitable and available to give us tips for child-friendly visits. Our children particularly enjoyed the trampoline outside and the games available in the cottage. We totally recommend this place for family vacations surrounded by nature!

A perfect stay, quiet, at the foot of the lake. The setting is beautiful and the place is great. Very nice. Albane is very responsive and available. I keep the place in mind to come back!

The house is very cozy and perfect for an outdoor / fitness holiday. The gym is well equipped and the sauna offers the perfect relaxation opportunity. Angelika and Jürgen are super friendly and accommodating, check-in and check-out were smooth and communication very fast and always warm. We especially liked the hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. All in all definitely extremely recommended!

We had a really nice few days at the lake – the house is super equipped and you really have everything you need to feel comfortable. The view of the lake is simply fantastic, and with sauna and hot tub, no wish remains unfulfilled even in terms of relaxation and variety. We particularly liked the many tips for excursions in the area – both in the house and directly from the host, who was really totally warm and helpful. Everything was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared. We will definitely be happy to come back 😊✨

Small cottage very warm,very well equipped,good insulation and functional heating of good quality, comfortable bedding and the barbecue for a 2/03 was just perfect. Very quiet place for the period and conducive to rest. Thank you to Yann for this excellent stay.
