Cabin gem on the Helgeland coast, space for the whole extended family. The cabin is located on a separate island on Tjøtta/Svines, with arrival by boat that we have lying on a private floating dock. Here you get complete privacy with the sea as your closest neighbor. Outside the door there is an eldorado of opportunities such as fishing, boating, beach life and many hiking opportunities on Svines and Tjøtta. The cabin has two bedrooms + loft. Connected to electricity and rainwater The cabin is located on Gårdsøya on Svines, 10 min drive from Tjøtta, and 40 minutes away from Sandnessjøen.

Welcome to Gården, a large and charming house with plenty of space for many guests. The house has been renovated and refurbished in recent years, and is both cozy and comfortable. The property is a short walk from the lake in rural and idyllic surroundings on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. A good starting point for experiencing the beautiful Helgeland coast with fantastic trips to mountains such as the Seven Sisters or Dønnamannen, island hopping by bike or trips in the beautiful archipelago by boat or kayak.

Grocery store, cafe, restaurant and gift shop 5 min drive away. From the cabin you have a view of the mountain Dønnamannen, Lovund and Øksningan. Kayak and bike for rent!

Free ferry from Søvik ferry rental (16 km from Sandnessjøen) to Herøy. The holiday home is perfect for families with children or families who want to experience the Helgeland coast. The house is located right by the sea and has sun from morning to evening with spectacular sunsets.

Her kan man velge og vrake, eksempler er Dønna, Løkta, Herøy, Vega, Ylvingen, Husvær, Brasøy, Træna, Lovund, Sandvær, Rødøy,Skålvær, Brønnøysund, Kilvær, Skogsholmen, Langøy. Nordlandsekspressen er en hurtigbåt som går mellom Sandnessjøen og Bodø, stopper på flere øyer.

Welcome to our family-friendly villa in the heart of Sandnessjøen. Charge your EV overnight with the house’s own charger. Walking distance to shops, shopping center, water park, nature and medical center. Enjoy coffee on the terrace as the sun sets over the thousand islands. Two friendly cats live here permanently and add extra coziness. They use a cat flap so the house stays closed. Cat food and simple instructions are ready for you. No parties allowed.
