You will have your own kitchen, toilet, shower, sauna and treadmill in the basement. These amenities you won't share with anyone else, only the entrance and the stairs up are shared with the landlord.

It is also a nice and quiet place where you can relax with a good book,TV bonfire outside, etc. The northern lights can be seen often in winter 😀 In the summer there are many opportunities for hiking in the mountains and fields, and in the autumn there is a great area for picking berries and mushrooms.
