The location was close to the main road so it was easy to get out and go see the sights. The house was so spacious and fitted everyone perfectly. We loved the kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay. And Maria was so kind and very responsive

I travel a lot and quite frankly… This place beats any of the places I’ve stayed at before! Coban is beautiful, green, peaceful, this place put “icing on the cake” to my experience! Located close to Cemuc Champey which was my final destination… Best place ever!!!!

Great small hat surrounded by forest. little noises From the Road, but very private. Overall we Had a great stay. Everything Clean and tidy. Location is Well reachable by Car. keep in mind that it is Not a full kitchen but some Kitchen stuff is available to have some smaller stuff Like bread or salad. ivon was Always reachable and a Nice and friendly Host

House used as a location on the way from Lake Atitlan to Biotoop de Quetzal. House is conveniently located on the route. House itself is very clean but basic. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. There is one bathroom with a look some makeshift shower, but it worked. The Google location is probably incorrect, but if you follow the description you will get there.

The accommodation: about a 15-minute walk from the main road, we sink into the rainforest to get to the accommodation lost in the middle of the trees with the crickets and breathtaking views as the only neighbors. A change of scenery guaranteed, taking a bath and meals facing this view is an off-the-beaten-path experience that I recommend. The accommodation is clean, equipped with a large fan and a mosquito net for peaceful nights. The host: exceptionally kind! Ultra responsive, Julien even booked me my shuttles a/r lanquin, advised me for my trip, offered me a cocoa tour organized by his neighbors and came to translate from Spanish to French. Full of good advice, I rarely came across such a friendly and considerate host. Julien offers to cook morning and night, I can only advise you! He cooks divinely well! I tried all different dishes and everything was delicious. Don't hesitate and head to this paradise
