My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

The Luett Stuuv is located in a lively but quiet neighborhood with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

The 39 m² apartment is located close to two tram stops, a large shopping center, a local recreation area on the Weser, a restaurant and an ice cream parlor. The house is situated on a quiet street. The place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). There is free public parking on the street, at the latest at the shopping center (500 m away). You can always stop briefly in front of the house for loading and unloading.

A place to relax! Our multi-story single apartment with a separate entrance offers a lot of privacy. It is perfect for two adults. A comfortable king-size bed ensures a good night's sleep. On the ground floor there is a shower room and the wardrobe. The bright living/sleeping room on the upper floor invites you to linger. Another small staircase leads you to the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions can be used on the TV.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

Our apartment is centrally located. In just 5-10 minutes you can reach the neighborhood by tram and in about 15 minutes the city center. The tram stop is within 3-4 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, with free parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shopping center (Hansa Carre) and the Weserwehr/Weser.
