The best place to stay in Brighton! We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is just across the beach. Owners are kind and communicate well. Zero issues on check in and check out. The home was lovely and well-managed! We will definitely be back :)

Handy place that’s perfect for a business trip. Close to free tram (just out the front door), quiet location, nice views, and easy access to CBD, restaurants, groceries, etc. It’s always nice to have some basic cooking and food supplies like salt, pepper, oil, sauces provided too.

Great location, beautiful views looking over the river and quiet. The accommodation was excellent. The pictures doesn't do justice to how much space you have in bedroom and seperate lounge area and bathroom. All this is in the downstairs area with our own access. Extremely clean. Great to have our car secured also. Carmel is a lovely host, and when visiting Melbourne again, this place will be our first option.

Our family loved Anna’s space. She was so kind and helpful! It was a perfect size for our group of 5. Situated near a tram stop that’s in the free tram zone. We have visited Melbourne many times but this is by far our favourite stay. Super convenient and met our needs of open space for our toddler to expand her energy. Clean apartment and accessible!

Great place, clean and perfect size. The location is great, you are close to train, bus, shops and to the beach. The noise from the main street is there, so be mindful of it. We stayed for 5 night so we didn’t really mind , our daughter slept in the back bedroom so it was ok. But it’s a noisy area (cars passing ) from 7:00 am til 8:00 pm so it can bother someone. Over all we had a lovely stay and it was perfect for what we did. Thank you to the host for taking care of us.

Aaron’s place was in a fantastic location for our trip to the football . His house was very homely , comfortable and had everything we needed. The heating was also amazing as it poured with heavy rain for majority of our stay but we were very warm and comfortable. Would definitely love to stay again next time we visit Geelong.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

We truly enjoyed our family stay here ... it felt like a cosy home away from home! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. From kitchen essentials to laundry facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so convenient for a travelling family like ours. The panoramic view from the apartment was absolutely stunning~~ A daily "wow" moment for all of us! Watching the skyline change from sunrise to night was one of our favourite parts of the stay and made for some unforgettable memories. Just a small note for future guests: there is only one heater unit located in the living area, and the bedrooms don’t have separate heating. That said, the host provided plenty of extra blankets so we were still warm and cosy throughout the chilly Melbourne nights. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but worth being aware of. Thank you again for the lovely stay, Ange! ✨️
