Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay anything that we needed that we usually have it at our own home was there and even more very responsive to any questions the electricity thing kind of got me, but to my understanding Cape coral has very high electrical bills so I let that go quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Nanci’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Paul and Nanci were excellent host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the observation deck – it was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! And as for the fishing, the fish definitely bite – we had a great time casting a line and even caught a few! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on my next trip! Thank you, Paul and Nanci, for such a great experience!

Great place and location! Very nice home and outdoor space. Wish the pool heater worked while we were there but the hot tub offset the chill. Cozy space would love to come back and relax!

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

Maggie's place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and loved all the birds and lizards in the back yard. There was an issue with the air conditioner and Maggie was responsive with the issue. The house was comfortable and in a great location to visit Sanibel Island and the Everglades. We would definitely stay at Maggie's place again.

We stayed for 5 days. It was very easy to get there, check-in, check-out. The place was just as it was described and very clean. Everything we needed/wanted was very close by and easy to accesss. Stores, restaurants, the ocean... Great information from the host about the place and the area. Would definitely stay again!

If you are fortunate enough to come across Fatemeh’s listing - book it immediately! Fatemeh’s beautiful bungalow is the place to stay! We have stayed at many places in our travels to Sanibel Island and Fatemeh’s place is by far our favorite- I am a picky renter too! She is quick to respond to questions, made checking in a breeze and even messaged us a few days in to see if we needed anything. The community is amazing and the pools are a dream with a tiki bar for both drinks and food. There were bikes and beach chairs to use too. Her place is a 5⭐️ rental. You will be glad you took my advice- I promise!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect centrally located home. There’s a pool and fishing out back so the kids were busy when they weren’t at the field. Great host, very friendly. We will stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home! The house was spotless! The view out the back sliding glass door was amazing. Beautiful pool and great canal view. The kids loved the pool and swam for hours everyday. The men in our group enjoyed fishing off the dock. The neighborhood was very quiet but close to everything. There were lots of great tourist destinations within less than an hour drive. The host was quick to answer all questions. There were tons of towels and a nice washer and dryer, which was helpful with so many water activities in the area. The garage housed many beach items, which were so nice to have!

Lisa and Chris's place was wonderful. Their place was clean and beautiful. They had a little welcome bowl of snacks, a couple drinks and even extra sunblock if needed. They also responded very quickly whenever we had any questions and offered a late checkout if needed. Would definitely recommended.

The stay was amazing. The house is amazing, as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very reactive and helpfull. The pool is huge with a breath taking lake view. We enjoyed our stay and it was the best Abnb we stayed at in the area in the last 3 years. Absolutely recommended.

always pleased with the condo and especially Tammy. the size of the condo is perfect for my husband and I. the pool was clean and refreshing on hot days. updated landscaping looks awesome
