The property is located on our farm, where we got cute goats, ducks and have free roaming hens who lay eggs every day. Our neighbour's sheep may come for a visit, and we are right on one of Norway's fjords, Lurefjorden, - all in all this is a perfect place to get away from it all and reconnect with nature. Parking outside the cottage. Gripen is a silent place, with some sounds from sheep and chickens.

Wooden cottage near Bergen - by the seaside.

Ingrid and Martin's place is special! The cottage is enchanting, the beds pleasant, the kitchen has everything you need. From the terrace you have a breathtaking view of the fjord and with the kayak you can explore the beautiful corners of this fjords. The garden is full of blueberries for snacking, at the jetty you can sit comfortably, read, sunbathe and just listen to the waves. You can't get more Norway. Ingrid and Martin are extremely warm and nice, have lots of tips and suggestions, are always helpful and caring. We enjoyed the time with them very much.

We had a lovely, relaxing, peaceful stay at the cabin. We didn’t have great weather but it didn’t matter as the view was great and the fire was warm and cosy. We loved being able to hire the boat and take it out on the water on nicer days and enjoyed watching the birds and other wildlife. The hosts were really helpful, the cabin was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed for our stay.
