Townhouse holiday rentals in Alvor

Casa Lisa is perfectly placed in the heart of Burgau, with the wonderful beach, great places to eat and some useful shops all within a few minutes walk. The accommodation was well equipped for our week-long stay, and was an ideal base for exploring the western Algarve. Cap São Vicente, Lagos, Silves, Alvor, Fóia and plenty of other great locations within easy reach.

The villa was stunning inside and out. Other than cleaning supplies, the villa had everything we needed to have an amazing holiday. The villa had lots of outdoor space with the garden, sun terrace and balcony. The pool and outdoor area were clean and well equipped, with sun loungers, table and chairs, bbq and toys/pool inflatables. The villa was in a quiet area and we felt really relaxed and safe there. A 5 min walk to the village centre with lovely restaurants and bars, Burgau had a really nice atmosphere. Across the road from the villa there was a lovely bar/restaurant with pool, the food was really good. We visited shops, restaurants and beaches at Salema, Sagres, Luz, Lagos, Portimao, all which were within a 35min drive of the property. Parking at the property was opposite the front door in marked out spaces, no issues at all. We would recommend to anyone, with or without kids and would definitely visit again. 😊

Lovely villa in the heart of Burgau. Great facilities, good parking, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The villa was spacious and well kept, had all you needed. Miguel was very responsive when messaged. Overall great stay!

Das Stadthaus liegt mitten in der Altstadt, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Jennifer hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gezeigt, wo was zu finden ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen und würden das Stadthaus jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank Jennifer! 😊

Wir können das Haus von Carlos wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist sauber und hat alles,was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Dörflein ist ruhig und malerisch. Es sind viele Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kürze mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einfach perfekt.

This is our 4th stay at Dias Felizes & like all our previous visits it did not disappoint. This beautiful property is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Carvoeiro. Martin is great to deal with, he is always quick to respond & nothing is too much. We call this place our ‘home from home’. I would highly recommend this property for any potential holiday makers looking to visit this gorgeous part of the Algarve. The apartment itself is spacious & very well laid out. The facilities within the property are second to none.

Schöne, kleine Wohnung perfekt für ein Pärchen in einem Gebäude mit mehreren Wohnungen. Schöne kleine Terrasse, sehr gepflegter Pool (für den es uns im März noch zu kalt war ;) Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Marinha Beach, beim Benagil Beach und bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist auch in ca. 20 Minuten an die Küste gelaufen. Lurdes kommuniziert sehr gut, hilfreich und proaktiv. Check-in und Checkout waren kein Problem.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. We would definitely stay again when in the beautiful Algarve! Thanks, Mia

Ons verblijf overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Wat een mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons gelijk thuis. Er was een heerlijk zwembad met privé bedjes. De communicatie met João en Sandrine verliep vlot en altijd vriendelijk. De woning lag landelijk maar toch vlakbij alle stranden en dorpjes en restaurantjes. Eigen vervoer is wel belangrijk. Kortom, een aanrader. ❤️

The apartment is absolutely great and was perfect for us with access to the beach within 2 minutes and 2 minutes more into the town. The apartment is a great size, even nicer than the photos and really well equipped with a very comfortable bed and sofa. Persia is a fantastic host and extremely helpful and responsive on the couple of occasions we had a question, which was really appreciated. Unfortunately outside of Persia’s control but there is a bar at the end of the street which was loud until the early hours of the morning on the 3 nights we stayed there - Persia very thoughtfully provided earplugs which definitely helped, but not quite enough to drown out the loud music / street noise entirely. Nonetheless we loved our visit!

The apartment is in a perfect location. It’s nice and quiet but also close to walk to restaurants. The restaurant next to the pool was awesome. So close to the beaches and the zoomarine park. Will definitely be going back!

Everything was perfect!

The villa was fabulous and very clean. It had everything needed plus more. Paulo is very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Larger pools in complex 5 min walk beach 10 min walk local supermarket 10 min walk. Lovely quiet area if that’s what you’re looking for. My only gripe but I’m Irish so maybe not an issue for everyone! 😀 but the only bar that opens at night on the complex wasn’t open yet so you do need transport to get to bars / restaurants in the area. However Albufeira was only 15 mins in Uber approx 10e for 4 one way and there’s plenty of choice there. Great holiday had by us thanks Paulo

Lovely few days - pool facilities very child friendly and staff were helpful and attentive.

Great location, beautiful terrace, & great host! Patrice was super friendly & let us check in early which was great. She also was proactive to send pics of how to get to the Airbnb in advance which made finding the location much easier. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Patrice for a great stay.

Amazing place & stay. Really has the wow factor. Lots of nice personal touch’s upon arrival including simple but appreciated coffee capsules , washing machines & dishwasher tablets & afew local treats. Visitors book showing lots of useful local information. All in all one of if not the best air B&B stays I’ve had 👏🏽

Die Unterkunft von Mila und Hugo war ein Traum. Unser absolutes Highlight war die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Auch die Lage zentral in der Altstadt war ein toller Pluspunkt. Das Auto haben wir am Abend nie gebraucht…Es gab unzählige fantastische Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic time at Daniela's place. The house is exactly as described and as can be seen on the pictures. We loved that she left a bottle of wine and some croissants for breakfast for us upon arrival. The neighborhood is lovely and it is only a short walk to the beach and shops. We would definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the place.

Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und reibungslos. Zudem war die Unterkunft wirklich schön und groß. Es war alles vorhanden was man alltäglich braucht, insbesondere in der Küche konnte man alles finden. Seife, Toilettenpapier etc. war ebenfalls für den Anfang vorhanden so, dass man nicht direkt bei der Ankunft einkaufen gehen muss. Gerne wieder ☀️😃

We loved our stay at this pretty perfect townhouse. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The ocean view from the bedroom, terrace and rooftop patio is gorgeous. The incredible beach and cute town are just a short walk away. Carvoeiro is a short drive to other pretty seaside towns like Portimao and Lagos. We had the most enjoyable and relaxing time here. It was so incredible, we booked it for next year!

Our stay at Fedja's, Ivan and Nicki's place in Luz was amazing! We were able to check in earlier which was very handy. The instructions to check in were super clear and the communication with Nicki was great! We felt right at home and the house was stunning, the area is great too, close to the beaches and a lot of parking space! I fully recommend spending your sunny days in this beautiful Airbnb! :)

Our week in Carvoiero was wonderful. The location is perfect-just a ten minute walk (when you find the steps to the street-keep going from the pool!) to town, but far enough out (and up!) to be peaceful with no noisy neighbours. We loved the HUGE shared pool, only used by residents of the Colina Branca houses and a small apartment block, as it was never busy and often we were the only ones in this cool, clean, well maintained oasis! The house was just as described. The open plan living area was lovely but we spent most of our time on the balcony, in the comfy seating area, which had sunshine in the day, but could be shaded using the awning. The bedrooms are on the lower floor and stayed wonderfully cool. We only used the aircon a few times. Note that the house is thoroughly cleaned between guests so you won't find any helpful leftovers like sugar, tin foil for the oven or spare bin bags etc, but supermarkets are nearby - as are friendly cafes, restaurants and an amazing takeaway!

Wir haben die Zeit in Annes’ sehr schönem individuellen Haus und in und um Figueira sehr genossen. Es hat sich angefühlt wie nach Hause zu kommen. Die Umgebung um Figueira u.a. der wunderschöne Strand sind einmalig. Ganz herzlichen Dank auch an die herzliche und und leichte Kommunikation.

Mar is a the kindest person. We had a lovely stay! The apartment is clean and cozy. You will hear the train during the night, but it was not too disturbing. The location is really good as you can see the flamingos close by and visit all the beaches around.
