Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Welcome to “Nature”! A place where blue and green combine to bring serenity and relaxation to your vacation. Just 1,5 km away a from the center of the village and 400m from Kalopigado beach, you’ll find sun, sea and tranquility, all along with any commodity one might need for their time staying. Want to grab your breakfast on its sunbathed patio or spend the day sunbathing and swimming in the sea? Have a fun night out or have a bonfire by the beach? You can have it all at “Nature”!

Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Wooden dream on the beach! - iHouse

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.
