Great place for families and groups! The house is huge and there are tons of toys for kids to play with. Very clean and the host responded quickly to any questions.

This was our second time staying at Bryan's home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. Bryan was great with communication, reaching out early to inform us about some scheduled work in the neighborhood well before it started, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.

We had a great stay, with two families and really enjoyed this cabin, which was exactly as pictured, every square inch of space was used well The bar around the kitchen was great for adults to hang out while someone was cooking. Our two boys loved sleeping in the loft upstairs and built an epic pillow fort around the reading nook. We hadn't realized that the downstairs bathroom was not only ensuite from one king bedroom, but also a 'Jack and Jill' setup from the other hallway with queen and king. That was a pleasant surprise because that meant no one had to climb the stairs to use their bathroom! All in all a great stay -- definitely enough room for 2-3 couples, with 4 twin beds in the loft upstairs for kids.

Amber’s place was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. It felt super clean and fresh the second we walked in, and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The amenities went above and beyond, every little detail was thought of. Our kids absolutely loved the game room and spent every minute they could in there. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our third stay at Andrew's place in Pioneer and our first winter stay. Even though the property is part way up into the mountains, it was still a pleasant temperature. That said, we were about 30 minutes from the closest Sno-Park, where we could enjoy some snow play. As usual, the house was clean and well stocked on everything we could need with plenty of stuff to do inside.

We stayed here for 10 days with our young children and hardly left the property! The house is stunning and there’s so much to explore outside. We spent most days swimming in the gorgeous pool too. Michelle was the most helpful and responsive host I’ve ever met - she was wonderful. Thank you for hosting us!

We chose the place because we were attending a wedding at The Dorrington Hotel - so the location was perfect. It was a great size and layout for the six of us. Adam was a great communicator and generous regarding our arrival and departure time. It was helpful that there were two bathrooms and laundry machines. We did not cook any meals there - so we can't speak to the availability of cookware or spices/oils.

We had a great stay at this cabin! The space was cozy and clean, and the location was great—just a short distance from the lake and some really beautiful hikes. It was a peaceful and convenient spot to relax and enjoy nature.

This home was beautiful! We spent our relaxing weekend enjoying sunsets out on the wraparound porch. The views are incredible! We loved this property and can’t wait to come back again.

I spent a couple nights here with my family. During our stay, we found the peace and relaxation we were all so eagerly looking for. The house is beautiful and full of amenities that really make you feel like you're at home. The location is very convenient, with it being only 5 minutes away from the local grocery store and a short drive from several camping/swimming/fishing locations. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! Our group of 10, including 3 kids, found it to be the perfect getaway from the Bay Area. The cabin was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped to accommodate a larger group comfortably. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space, while still enjoying time together. The jacuzzi was a highlight—so relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cabin also had a stunning view, which made mornings with coffee and evenings by the fire even more special. It’s a very kid-friendly place, with enough room for them to play safely and enjoy themselves both indoors and out. Chad and Ana were fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and friendly, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the peaceful surroundings and would absolutely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a relaxing escape with family or friends.

We had a lovely stay. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the peaceful view. The house is great and provides lots of privacy, but also an open living area.

We went to the area for a wedding and our son’s birthday. It was close enough to the family that we could be involved, but far enough that we could still have a mini vacation for his birthday. Close to tons of lakes and outdoor activities, but also lots of grocery stores near by. The house was really cozy and provided ample opportunity to see wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!! Fantastic host, they responded quickly anytime we had a question!

This house has SO much character!! I love old homes and this one was amazing. Extremely well appointed too. We cook a lot and had everything we needed, even an Instant Pot (and a whole drawer of spices!) plus a stand mixer (I don’t even have one at home) and waffle irons. Highly recommend! And make sure to check out Blue Door Bakery down the street, as well as the Kennedy Mine (walking distance) and the cemeteries. Train Town Candies & Ice Cream was great too. Be aware that the bedrooms and living room/library are all on one floor, with one full bath in the back. The second bathroom is one of the tiniest I have seen, although has all the essentials (the shower reminded me of one on a European train!), and is on the ground floor with the eat-in kitchen.

This home was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and the views were spectacular! It was a short drive to Saluti Cellars (about 15 minutes.) We loved exploring the nearby trail and letting our kids run around and explore. The barn was the star of the show, with outstanding views of the nearby mountains. The owner lives nearby and he was very friendly!

The cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It’s so much more large than the photos look. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed from basic essentials and so much more. The Cabin was so clean and check in was super easy. The area was nice and quiet. Local grocery store was about a 5 minute drive and although we had neighbors pretty close , it was private at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfectly peaceful, great place to unplug and had everything we needed and wanted for our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful. Rudy was very kind, responsive and helpful. When checking in we were welcomed with some great wine and a fresh apple pie. Which was a pleasant surprise. We were traveling with our dogs on this trip and the house was more than equipped to accommodate us and the dogs. From a gated yard, multiple dog beds, bowls, treats, waste bags, and even towels for the dogs. When they say dog friendly, they truly mean it. The house itself, was large, clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the large deck watching the sunset through the trees. Our stay was one for the books and would love to go back. 10/10 recommend.

Jennifer's place was fantastic. Close to everything in Arnold, but also far enough from main roads that it felt like you were out in the woods and having a relaxing time. The house was spacious for a 4 family trip and we had a great time. The kitchen and dining room were very easy to cook with many people in the kitchen and a lot of space for everyone to eat together. Would definitely recommend staying at her place!

We had a great time around the holidays. The house was big enough to fit 2 families with 4 small children. Very close to the lake to go on walks and use the small playground there. The place is also close to town to get your supplies.

The stay was excellent and with great amenities. The place was really clean and comfy. Definitively, we’ll come back.
