Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

This house was even better than I expected ! The pool was big. Perfect for a weekend with friends/family. Peaceful. House was well equipped with everything that we needed. Clean. Fast WiFi. Close to Sisi restaurant which is stunning. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend it! A++

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

We had a lovely weekend at Rachel's cozy abode! The home was perfect for a few of us working remotely for the week. We were able to enjoy the peaceful backyard & pool and the house was stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook a few meals at home. The location of the house is also great--we enjoyed the quick drives to nearby beaches and our dinner outings. Rachel was communicative, kind, and responsive. We hope to be back for another getaway in the near future!

Carl was great to work with and responsive with questions and changes that we needed to make to our reservation. The house served our needs and we were a small group of people just needing a place to be before we explored the area. Thanks Carl.

This was such a great stay for our family. The smart TVs were great for my toddler, we were super close to town and Montauk, the kitchen was very useable. The Springs area was new for us but it was such a great vibe. Wish there was an option for daily pool cleaning/maintenance, but not a must have. The pool could also use some work around the perimeter. There’s a lot of dirt and debris built up from the surrounding trees that my son (2 year old) was getting into. Without kids, this is no big deal. Overall the pool was great and we enjoyed the heating and got in everyday. My dog (35 lb labradoodle) was able to get under the deck which was fine, but we just constantly checked for ticks to assure he was okay. No issues there. He loved the huge yard the same way we did.

Perfect house, exactly what we needed and so close to everything. Will definitely come again! Also Dan was an amazing host and super responsive and helpful!

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

Great hidden little gem in MTK, close to town. Perfect space inside, and out. Pet friendly was an extreme plus. Will be back.

The house is beautifully nestled on a quiet street. We spent five days at the house and very much enjoyed our time there. James was quite responsive to several questions that we had.

Great place for a small family. Short walk to town. Quiet and private backyard for hanging out by the pool. Eric and his team were very responsive to all of our needs. We would stay here again.

This home was perfection. In fact it was so perfect that upon first arrival I thought I was entering the lobby to a really nice apartment building but surprise surprise, we had the whole house. Clean is an understatement, the house was immaculate with every detail tended to. The style was quite modern which isn’t usually my preferred style, but I love a home that has interest and unique details and I felt that this home fit that category; I really loved the landscaping and cedar/wood shower in particular, the choice of artwork, and too many other details to mention here. Location was also quite convenient for walking downtown to shops and restaurants and the beach of course! Ashley was very sweet and thoughtful to leave us a chilled bottle of wine, MTK cups for outside and a nice heartfelt greeting card upon our arrival. Despite having rain for the entirety of our stay, we loved relaxing at the house. Also worth mentioning that this home was cheaper than a room at Gurneys! Thnx Ashley!

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

What an amazing gem in Montauk! 5 min from every where and it's very private with an amazing patio in the back. I wish we could have stayed longer. Chris was great, very responsive. We will be coming back that's for sure.

Spent a long weekend here with one other couple and had an amazing first trip to the North Fork. Karine's home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to see, and her recommendations were excellent and super helpful! We had a lovely stay at this adorable home! It was the perfect vacation spot for our family of six- with beautiful surroundings and a great pool and outdoor area. The home was modern, clean, comfortable and chic. Five out of five!

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

Hannah's house was the perfect setting for a girls weekend in Montauk. The house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to a private and very calm beach. We loved the outdoor shower, the space to grill and dine al fresco, and the constant soundtrack of birdsong. The interior is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Hannah was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. This place is truly a gem - we can't wait to come back!

Brandon and her husband were amazing. Their place is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Very relaxing, intimate, and classic Montauk experience. We had a great time and the visitor guide and suggestions were perfect. We hope to go back soon!

I stayed here with a few friends in early June and had a wonderful experience. Although it rained and we could only use the pool one day, in nicer warmer weather the pool would definitely have been used. Gorgeous landscaping around the pool and it even has a slide! The house was spotless on arrival. The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach - but keep in mind this is a rocky beach, not a sandy beach, but it was really nice for an early morning walk. The house is located in a quiet area but is a short drive to great restaurants. Overall this home was perfect for a relaxing Montauk weekend and I highly recommend it.

Harris was an amazing host! Very responsive and thoughtful. He even left us a basket weaving kit for the offchance that it rained during our stay. The home was stunning — beautiful furniture, stocked kitchen, and stunning art. Convenient to Southampton, East Hampton, and of course, Sag Harbor! Will definitely be staying again!

Anisha and Rob are great host, very friendly and responsive. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The house is spacious. I really appreciated how well the place was maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Southampton!
